I walk in the door and the guy behind the register looks up, mumbles something inaudible, and when I ask what he said he replies, "Your name?" Typical social grace found today. Pizza prices are up and the size keeps shrinking.

I called for an order tonight. The man on the phone told me 25 minutes. When my husband shows up no pizza no order. Not only that the young girl was so rude and uncaring that she didn't even bother to resolve or help. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again. I am done

Our house number was entered incorrectly, however, I called and it was handled swiftly. Most importantly, the driver who delivered the food, Antonio was a perfect gentleman and had a wonderful attitude!!! Thanks!

Horrible customer service. I was waiting for my order for more than an hour and when I called the store they don't ask me for any of my info and just tell me the driver was knocking at my door and honking, which is a terrible lie because I was waiting for it the whole time. Such a horrible customer service...

I ordered delivery from here and they brought it to me in 20 minutes! All of the food was delicious and they got my order 100% right. The delivery driver was super nice too!! Definitely Recommend

My food was supposed to delivered at 5:20 showed up at 5:52. Look at these smash boxes….pizzas not even that hot. Worst experience with a Pizza Hut ever

I ordered two pizzas from this place. It took over an hour to get delivery because they only have one driver, I'm not upset about that I understand the shortages and I'm not worried about heating up a pizza in the oven. What does bother me is that when I ordered a pizza it came with no cheese. What kind of pizza doesn't come with the cheese! I also ordered a Detroit style pizza and when the guy hand it to me he put it vertical to pull out of the box and the boxes were crushed. When I called to complain they could care less. I now understand why they have such low ratings. Stay away from this Pizza Hut if you can

My family and I have been ordering from pizza hut since the early 80s, but we started ordering from this particular location since the 90's. Unfortunately, as of lately, there's a young lady by the name of "JOVANNA " who happens to be one of the managers, and let me tell you, she will bring any customer down with her very disgusting attitude. She answers the phone as though she doesn't even want to be there. This young lady seems to be very argumentative with customers when an error about an order is brought to her attention and she seems to find it difficult to accept responsibility WITHOUT making a snide remark. There was an issue with the wings that my mother ordered a few weeks back, and while my mom tried explaining to Miss "jovanna" how her wings are normally prepared by request from her order history, this young lady starts debating with my mother about how they don't do requests for how wings are cooked when we've been making the same requests for years before she even arrived there as manager. Jovanna went on to be even nastier by rudely asking my mother over the phone, "are you going to let me finish talking, or what??" She spoke to her as though she was going toe to toe with an enemy on the street. Yesterday, I had "the pleasure" of encountering the same behavior after I paid for a nearly $30 pizza that was missing items. Miss jovanna was so adamant & confident that her bad attitude that added insult to injury would be overlooked that she PUSHED for me to contact corporate. It was almost as tho she was challenging me, but little does she know that when I'm treated that badly as though you don't need that job, I am relentless when it comes to going thru multiple channels to speak to the right individuals where she will feel as tho she wished she pursued a college degree and never had to step foot in a pizza hut for a paycheck. A long time ago, this young lady would've found herself in the unemployment line after displaying that kind of behavior with a customer. I'm not sure where these corporations find these workers. It's almost as though they are pulled off the street from in front of a home depot & slap a manager's badge on them & told to get to work, and with no training whatsoever. I am afraid to even order from them, as I fear that same manager, "jovanna" may do something very malicious to my food.

This is a review strictly for Maria. I ordered a pizza online and it was ready right when I got to the store Even though she was the only employee working. She was attending calls customers at the registers and making pizzas alone and with a smile on her face! Big kudos to Maria and shame on Pizza Hut for allowing this.

The pizza was so greasy that the crust was soggy. When I called the store, they said it was from the pepperoni. Pepperoni was only on half of it. The cheese half was just as greasy and soggy. Also, I got a text at 6:14 that my order was out for delivery with 6:28 as the ETA. It was delivered at 6:55. Maybe that’s why the grease had time to soak through the crust.
