I had a bent leaking oil pan. The mechanics at this shop replaced it with a new one. They did a great job. Also, consider paying cash since it can sabe you some bucks.

Some automotive place, needed to mount and balance 2 tires but they won’t do it bcuz they didn’t sell you the tires. What a bunch of clowns!

We live an hour away and this is the only auto shop my husband and I bring our cars to. Absolutely amazing work at very reasonable prices, won’t recommend services you don’t need, not to mention the owner is just about the nicest guy you’ll ever meet! Pinecrest Auto is reliable and efficient. I've been going there for years and found them to be honest and straightforward. Prices for services are fair.Michael is the owner and has always been willing to discuss the repair with me. He stands behind the warranty on his work if anything goes wrong. I had only one situation where an installed alternator failed just before the yearly warranty period ended. No questions asked and it was replaced immediately.Pinecrest auto has never tried to sell me on repairs not needed as has been my experience with one of the large auto repair companies. In fact I wanted work done as precautionary maintenance since my car is old and high mileage. Michael discouraged me from doing the repair as unnecessary even though he would have benefitted financially from doing it.It's also good for me to support a small business so the big chains don't take over the world. ?

Went in to have my brakes looked at - after a diagnosis, they confirmed that my pads and rotors we fine. They didn't charge me for the time and were super polite and punctual. It's so nice to deal with honest service providers - They certainly earned all of my future business.

This place is awesome. My first encounter was with a screw in my tire Micheal came right out and checked it for me. Lucky for me, the screw didn't enter the tire. My second time was a dead battery. Once again he came right up and spoke with me and took my information and within 45 minutes I had a new battery and connector and was in my way. This place is truly concerned about their customers and treating them with curtesy.

This is a 10 star review! Mike is 1000% the best and most honest mechanic I have ever and will ever use moving forward. He saved my life and buisness by fixing my truck in 24hr and doing it for an extremly honest price. He now has a generational customer! Don’t go anywhere else but here this place is a Gem!!!
