I always stop at the pikolinos shoe store in Madrid. Amazing quality leather. Even the soles are genuine leather. Makes it very comfortable to walk in. I have many flat sandals that look brand new 4 years later. The quality is like no other.

Purchased Pikolino Tarifa shoes direct from the website. Less than three months of use and the threads are coming out and the soles are separating from the shoe. See photos. I contacted customer service. They stated the shoes were damaged and are unable to remedy the situation. I am not sure how you can damage a shoe from wearing it. I expected more from a $175 pair of shoes. I am trying to file a claim with the payment processor now. Absolute junk. Off to Walmart to purchase a better pair for $20.
