I ran a repair shop and auto sales business. I used to sell their warranties.
Originally they started good. The service was excellent.
Now you're seating on the phone for over 1 hour, 30-40 minutes minimum before you have a chance to talk to someone. They give you a hard time with the claims, delaying the repair by sending inspector to verify simple issues, requesting unnecessary tearing down to verify all ready verified problem, etc. Looks like they are joining the club of warranties to avoid.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with as a shop owner!!! Every thing you say you need covered they say they do not cover, they will not help you by finding solutions they would rather just hang up on you!!! I wouldn't recommend Phoenix American to no one. And if your looking to get a towing bill paid after they denied all the parts because they don't "cover them" you will not because they say if the claim is denied they don't pay the tow fee!!!! This company is ridiculous and a fraud to everyone who purchases a policy with them.

I rated it 1 star because that is the lowest available option. 0 stars should be an option for this scam of an operation. Do NOT purchase warranty from this company. Shop owners need to turn away customers who use this warranty company because they will tie you up on the phone for hours and not actually approve work to be completed.

This Wynn warranty company is screwing me and mechanic shop over, i purchased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra from Dixie Motors,and two weeks later transmission failed, they sent inspector to mechanic shop and they approved claims, my mechanic installed transmission he payed out his own pocket now Wynn warranty givin every excuse not to pay, every time he fax over correct documents they keep throwing curve balls, he sent invoice receipts, only to get told he sending altered invoice. I even had attorney to look at invoice and it was legit,this company is crooked ???♂️? these peoples are the worst, i never leave reviews but this warranty company needs to be investigated.

Horrible company. Avoid at all cost. Make sure you check with your RV Dealer for the name of the warranty company they are trying to sell you.

These people are absolute con artist. I own a shop and have delt with them multiple times. They never pay! They will take your money every month and when it's time to file a claim they will always find some fine print that releases them of their obligation to pay for repairs. They target the elderly and poverty stricken people. People who have to buy from 2nd hand car lots. They give fat bonuses to salesmen to include their warranty in used car sales. Giving people a false sense of security. It's a dang shame what they do!

Stayed on hold for hours spent the hold day at the automotive shop and couldn’t get anyone on the phone . Phoenix American Warranty Co service is terrible .

This warranty company is a joke.
You sit on hold for well over 45 minutes waiting for a customer service agent.
They send an inspector for everything that should be covered.
And find a way to send an inspector a second time and charge you $105 to do it.
We will never accept this worthless warranty again.

Honestly, I wish I could leave a zero star review. This has to be the worst Warranty company I have ever worked with in my entire life. If you are buying a vehicle and they offer this company, I would just go find a third-party. You will be better off.
