The only ski store in Miami, Peter Glenn is the place to go for everything snow related. I know everyone now does their shopping online but I actually don't mind buying stuff from here. Some things are comparable in price. I came here recently because I needed some boots for my kids for snow. I knew I could get some online but I wanted them to try it on. They have a nice selection of boots and I had them try some on. Ended up getting them each boots again the price was pretty even to the online selection. They also have all sorts of ski equipment as well as thermals and clothes. The service is also outstanding. When I walked in I was instantly greeted and someone was quickly there to help me select shoes. My only complaint was that they had a lot of sizes out of stock. But if they are it in Miami I get why they don't have a lot of stock.

Customer service was awesome - went I. To buy a pair of goggles and they not only went through the back inventory to help me find what I was looking for the humored me while I tried them on and let me know which looked the best. Would give six stars if I could

We and my dad were looking for a ski shop in Miami for our trip to Colorado because my dad left his helmet and for the only ski store in probably a 100 mile radius it was actually very nice and had everything we needed brand new at a very good price!

Worst Peter Glenn location ever, they are not understand or a help in any way. I had bought some stuff and I ask if I could exchange and because it was a few months past they didn’t let me change anything. The clothes just didn’t fit and was bought online and it was clothes over 500 dollars. I don’t understand why people can’t have some empathy and understand. I was away at college and couldn’t come back to make the change. Honestly very disappointed because I am a frequent client but I guess not anymore at this particular location.

This business is run by the most incompetent, laziest group of nitwits. I called prior to coming to this establishment because i live more than 20 miles, i spoke to a stupid c*** of a woman about buying a Thule Roof Rack that would've cost me almost a grand. I asked very specific questions about the model and the color. I specifically asked if it was black and she clarified, "yes it is black" I drove more than 20 miles to buy it only to arrive it wasn't black, it was gray instead. It's apparent that you dont need a highschool diploma nor a GED to work at this trashy place. WTF is wrong with people!!! Take your business elsewhere!

Really bad shopping experience and don't recommend anyone to buy here (low inventory, bad attention, and very rude employees). Go to the Miami Gardens location- staff is way more friendly and actually want to help.

They have a complete collection of every sport that you may do. It is almost like a community place for people who bike or run by. Awesome staff.

Went to the store to buy rollerblades as I've been having a hard time finding higher end brands. When I walked into the store (which you need to take an elevator to get to) I quickly realized that the focus of the store was geared more towards winter activities. They had a lot of winter gear which will be great when I start planning my next ski adventure, but unfortunately there was not a single pair of rollerblades I could try in my size. The staff member I asked for assistance was helpful and gave me other stores to check out for rollerblades.

So... I was moving to the land of frigid winters called Ohio from sunny Miami due to the fact I scored a great new job. Since I was moving along with my family up there right in the worst/coldest months of the year (January/Feb), I needed some winter clothes... specifically I needed jackets and boots. You need to understand that at the time, I had only seen snow once years ago on a trip to New Jersey. My knowledge and experience with that was almost nothing. So I didn't know what brand or type of clothing I should but. Thankfully I was helped out by several different store associates to make sure my family and I got the right type of jackets and boots for us. We all got Columbia boots and Obermeyer jackets. Is this place pricey? Yes, but good luck finding good winter clothes near Homestead, Florida. Anyway glad I found this place... jacket has kept me plenty warm while in Ohio even that day it hit 18 degrees.
