The shop was clean, an associate asked me if I needed help which made me feel good because it could be overwhelming trying to locate things inside a pet store.

I always come here to buy everything I need and service has been great until today. Today at around 11am on May 10, I was buying these flea/tick prevention creams and I needed assistance from the cashier and when I didn’t understand what she was trying to tell me, she put the product to my face and basically told me to read it very rudely and she did it multiple times when she could’ve easily explained it to me. Poor customer service.

Nice clean store. The fish department rep was very nice. He assisted us with testing our Koi Tank chemicals. Very knowledgeable.

The store is well decorated and with varied products, but extremely expensive. I know it is a specialized store, but for the same reason they should have a variety of prices, I saw products there that can be found at Walmart and even at Family Dollar for a much lower price.
I loved knowing that they provide adoption services and have a veterinary clinic, but I found out by reading the signs, because in the almost 2 hours that I was there, no employee approached me, even though they passed by me, and they even talked to each other. They were close to me for a while and for all of them we clients were transparent, like ghosts. I think that to work in a field like this you have to offer love and be empathetic, there were many older people as clients and we were all treated the same as if we did not exist

Terrible experience, my dog had a nerve cut while doing his nails and it went so badly from there that he had a heart attack when he got home and he couldn't stand it ???
