Terrible service, I took my dog at 9:00 AM as the appointment was scheduled, and from the beginning they told me they would call me between 12 and 1 in the afternoon. Too much time I told you!!! At the agreed time 1.00PM I showed up because they had not called me and even my dog was unfinished, they asked me for 40 more minutes. As expected, they gave it to me unfinished because I asked to see the Manager, and not even an apology from the salon workers.
A two-hour process according to its design on the website (time for each planned service), maximum 4, depending on the number of pets they receive in each shift, impossible even with unforeseen events in the day that lasts so long, which translates in discomfort for animals that are outside their usual environment and discomfort for their owners who plan their time based on the daily tasks to be done.
I recommend that the salon process be analyzed and also that the order of the schedule of each appointment be respected and that the client not be treated poorly when he or she is right.

The trainer is fantastic but the store needs air conditioning. It was miserably hot which made it a challenge.

Today is Sunday 05/19/24 - I was in this store in the afternoon and it is not understandable why the Air Conditioning does not work and it feels so hot inside the store and they have the staff working under those conditions for 8 hours and Should customers also have to endure that heat? - I would recommend that the administration pay more attention to this matter -
