I’ve came to this store three times and every time I’ve looked at the treats and dog food they all have bugs even the treats that are wrapped In plastic the bugs are inside the outside creases of the dog food is literally a hotel for bugs im so glad I never bought food here

This place is a nightmare, poor animals .Walked in today staff just gossiping not attending customers , birds chirping in distress. Floor very dirty . Poor management .

- Well stocked pet store in the river landing mall - They have Guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, fish, rabbits - Their beta fish are actually kept in small bowl tanks which seem more humane than plastic cups - There's a dog wash station - Very friendly staff - Their website says you get a 15% off discount if you sign up. I signed up and didn't receive anything :/

I'm not sure how to put this, but the cashier Abigail and another employee that I didn't get her name but I can describe her as tall, healthy set, white woman with long, blond braids in her hair that goes down her back made my experience not so welcoming. I did nothing wrong, got no help, and those were the only 2 employees that I encountered in the whole entire store. Only came to buy dog food and 5 products all together, and it seemed as if I was a ghost that either scared everyone away or was invisible to everyone.

Great staff, excellent supply, well stocked. They even have DIY dog wash tubs. Pretty cool setup, I was pleasantly surprised.

On October 4th around 5:00PM I visited the store and was greeted by a sales associate named Anthony. Overall throughout the entire interaction I noticed his amazing customer service and negotiation skills that left me speechless. He was multitasking between 3 different customers, including myself, helping us all simultaneously. Generally speaking, I was treated amazingly, by not only him, but another associate named Alan. Whatever they are paying those two, it isn’t enough! I would highly recommend you check this store out!

The worst customer service experience. While walking the store if there are any staff members they barely blink at you and mumble hello at best. Both times I have shopped here I’ve picked up some heavy items. Forrest time was cat litter and second time (today) was cat food. The time I picked up the litter I was holding the heavy box in front of 3 staff members at the cashier and they didn’t even look at me. They just kept gossiping… the countertop was full of things and they didn’t bother to move it for me. It took them a few seconds to realize I was even there. The transaction was very dry and no effort was made to be friendly. Overall if it wasn’t 5 minutes from home I wouldn’t come here again. It’s a last resort even then.

I’ve been shopping at this location since it first opened. Love the product they have but their staff and customer service is AWFUL! It used to not be like that. Today I walked in they said hi. But when I was checking out I got two words out of the cashier (short curly headed girl). She had headphones on and her and her manager (lady with the braids) were having a conversation with a male staff member on the floor gossiping. The cashier barely looked at me let alone said more than two words. Didn’t count my change back. And when I said how much is my change, because she didn’t even say a word just ignored me. I said you should really tell people their change and count it back for them. She didn’t say a word again just ignored me. No have a nice day from ANY of the staff. Super disappointing that this is the staff you guys have hired to run the place. It was a very disrespectful how your staff treats your paying customers. And I’m sure the line of people behind me got the same treatment. Also they didn’t think to open the other register for that line. When the manager is right there at the other register. They were too engulfed in their gossip. GET NEW EMPLOYEES PLEASE!

The self service stations were clogged made it hard to dry my dog. Staff is nice, I hate that you have to pay for parking as well
