I always come here to buy my dog's food because they have the brand he likes/need. The customer service here is great, they are caring people who care about animals, and also very attentive to their customers. The shop is always clean and organize. My special gratitude to Ernesto! He's always very kind.

Amazing place to shop for pets. They have everything you could need at the store. The best part pf our experience was the manager Terry, he was so kind and make us feel so confortable that even created a name tag for my son and let him pet the ferret. He made his day. Thank you Terry!! You are literally the best EVER! We will come back.

great store. though we as a people have to abolish the pet trade, i can’t happily go into pet stores seeing the sad lives of the pets and fish there.

The fish are kept with a bunch of dead decaying fish bodies that look like they have been decaying for DAYS. Their fish look sickly.

Rude employee- no pricing on something and asked for a price check. She decided to get rude with me like it's my fault the price is missing.
Price was 10.00 above average so i walked out.

I visited the Cutler Bay store as I maintain my fish tank. Olivier was extremely polite and very helpful. Thanks to his assistance and obvious knowledge of fish I was able to save my fishes and introduce new ones. Thank you so much Olivier for taking the time to care and help.

I love shopping for my pets at this location. Oliver and Michelle are always super friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. I met Oliver shopping for fish, immediately I knew he knows his stuff. Love this place and the staff. It’s my go to for my pets needs.
