I used to love this location because of the amazing staff. That's now over because the only one who works here now is a guy who boasts about how long he's been there while being completely unhelpful.

I was going to spend about $200 $300 at the store. You know what? Manager said there is no public restroom in the store. I wish the is really not Is qualified. The owner, pay attention. The employee was Unrespectful. The name of manager is Ivan. He was looking dress like homeless. Where is dress code?

Highly recommend this location, the staff is helpful and friendly. Jenny helped me find everything I needed. I can’t overstate how great she was, excellent customer service. There was an older gentleman too (whose name I didn’t catch) who gave me advice on how to keep my dog calm while using the self grooming service. I will definitely go back.
