It's a lot going on in there. The staff was very helpful, though. They didn't have what I needed or rather it couldn't be found because of the movement of things for the renovation that they are going through presently.

I love coming to this Pet supermarket store the employee Mr Jese n Ms Kimberly is wonderful caring person has help me n my kids here in store he is so helpful he build two chameleon big cages for us he is very polite we bought two camileon n other things in store.Ms Kimberly n Mr Jese explained n show us how to care for the chameleon.i hope all employees from pet supermarket are so polite n helpful like them.

Great staff. Blond Cashier with glasses recommended a plant based diet for my Chihuahua who has liver disease diagnosed with high enzymes. I bought From dog food mixed with Fromm dry food and my dogs love it. Should have got these healthier products instead of fresh pet or pedigree that is terrible for dogs.

Great service from Asian at PetSmart and Jase.the AGM always great service. Never ever seen someone that shows the level of incompetence From your General Manager "KIMBERLY" always rude disrespectful, and treat Regular Guests as trash, worst she like to argue I Have over 259 Goggle mentions in. Hospitality, and never in my life see a dysfunctional store needs help. More then ever. The staff lack knowledge on common sense areas. Replace "Kimberly" with her menopause self please years ago I had amazing service now not sure and who take care of me is respectfuly to say replace someone that has professionalism, and common sense. "Kimberly". Ps I can do way better then what your doing just a mean old lady not educated or hired educated in basic needs in retail and Kimberly GM take a class on customer service.

I was in the store and there was no one who could help me buy fish, there being 4 or 5 workers, I asked for help and they told me that the person in charge of selling fish was not there, I think I was not well served by the store staff, thank you

Purchased the wrong food for my dog. Could not get a refund, regardless if purchase was less than 15 days ago, without signing up for their rewards program. Took an extra 20 minutes, for no reason. Do not support this business.
