We’ve brought our dog to Pet Lounge for a few years now. They’ve always been exceptional and bathed and groomed our dog well. Our dog is always happy when he walks inside - it’s clear they take good care of him while he’s there.

Charlie and Cullen LOVE pet lounge! They go every Thursday for socialization and it's there #1 pick for doggie vacation. They stay for a few days or even two weeks. It's pure chaos every Thursday when they anxiously wait by the door waiting for their pick up. Roly (owner) has to be ready when I open the door because they run towards him. Pet Lounge is amazing. They take great care of your pets and they truly do know each and every one of them. WE LOVE PET LOUNGE!

Bad customer service. Doesn’t answer phone that prompts you to message their WhatsApp and once you do they either take hours to respond or don’t respond at all.

I can not say enough great things about Pet Lounge, Roly and Paola. My wife and I love our dog like our child. We visited literally every dog day care/boarding from south beach to Boca and NO ONE will take better care of your dog than Roly. There is no better feeling then having the piece of mind mind that your dog is safe, well cared for and having fun. When we travel this is the only place we’d ever feel safe leaving her. Roly and his staff are incredible. We are so thankful we found them!! Thank you Roly!

Best dog hotel! Super clean and well organized. Our four legged son stayed for two weeks and when we picked him up he was happy and relaxed. He’s even been eating better. Thank you Roly!

The BEST!First of all the space is cute, modern and clean! Roli even puts on Paw Patrol for the dogs :) My dog used to be traumatized after other groomers, but here he's happy and tail wagging! Roli and his staff have the utmost patience for the dogs and let them aclimate for time before their grooming to make them calm and comfortable.We also love the hotel option, it's always hard leaving your pet while on a trip but at least knowing they're well cared for and comfortable (in comfy beds and dog teepes) instead of the standard tiny small cage, makes it so much easier.We love Pet Lounge!

Pet Lounge Miami is the only place I will take my pup. The daycare is amazing! Great hours & phenomenal price. Kylo absolutely loves going there he gets so excited and never wants to go home. It was so helpful getting him socialized and everyone is so nice there.

I've been going to Pet Lounge daycare for 2 years now and its still an awesome place with amazing owners! Roly had my boy Sam since he was 4 months old when I had to go back to work after lockdown. It was so nice to see they posted photos throughout the day on FB to see how your dogs are doing. He takes the time to understand their personalities and tendencies. When I inherited my Abuelas Chihuahua Mix, I advised him she is a tough one (Barky and anxious) - but with love and patience, he was able to win her heart over. Truly a rare establishment that puts quality over quantity as they ensure to never accept too many dogs. You'll LOVE this place!

If you are looking for a place for your dog that is clean, trust worthy and are treated like family, you have found your place! Roly and his staff are fantastic. Pet lounge is a cozy, loving, warm environment where your fur babies are treated like royalty. We have been taking both our French bulldogs for over 3 years and they love it. Whether it's for day care, or boarding, you will be very happy taking your pups here.

Pet Lounge is simply the BEST! Roly and the staff are truly genuine, caring people that treat our doggies like family. The facility is beautiful, impeccably clean and is like a second home for our boys :) An exceptional place, run by even more exceptional people!
