If I could give 10 stars I would! The technician was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. It was my first time ever getting my eyelashes tinted and she walked me through the whole process and I have to say, it was the best decision of beauty I have ever made! I really liked my appointment with Renatta for Ombré powder brows. Permakestudio is a great professional place in awesome location next to Melody apartment building among other businesses. Renatta did a great work mapping and shaping my brows, it took longer then usual because my eyebrows are very asymmetrical. She was asking if I want the shape to be this or the other way almost every her step, was highly attentive to every little detail. I felt very comfortable since I saw that she obviously is a professional in the industry. Also she is very warm-hearted person and it was lovely to talk to her while she was doing her work. I can’t express enough how truly grateful I am that I landed in Renatta’s hands. I had never had anything cosmetic done to my eyebrows except for the usual threading, waxing and tweezing. At this point in my life, I needed a boost bc there were parts that weren’t growing in, and I wanted to enhance my “look”. Renatta is kind, she is considerate of what you’d like to see as far as your results, and her attention to detail is impeccable. She is artistic about her craft and told me about what I needed before I could even think of my own concerns lol. I knew I was in great hands. The end result shocked me but in the best way!
