While I found that Titanium is just not for me, as it's way to brittle. There is no give at all. I am very happy with Pelagrino Jewlry's willingness to make repairs in a timely fashion, and then CHANGES to the material when it became evident that the titanium would keep breaking. Rachel was fantastic when she saw the problem i was having . She was prompt to help me find and order the style I was looking for. Then was great at communicating during each step of the process. She was also appropriately careful to always make sure she was proceeding in accordance with my request. I am very happy with my ring, as well as the service. My recommendation to anyone considering titanium over gold is: if you are active at all, I would warn against it. Gold has give and bends, where titanium just breaks under any pressure at all. I also recommend using Pelagrino Jewelry as a trusted jeweler. They have proven to me that we made a great choice when we chose them

I didn´t have time to go to the showroom so I made the purchase throught their website. At the beginning I didn´t know if I had made the correct choice, but when they told me they do returns, I just did it.The piece I received was amazing and it´s really high quality. Steven was amazing to work with for my engagement ring! My Fiance and I met with him over the summer and he spent an hour with us looking at diamonds even though he knew we weren't going to buy that day! My Fiance came back about 6 months later to purchase the most beautiful oval diamond and Steven made a gorgeous cathedral pave setting! Great experience!!After months of internet research on diamonds, ring designs, and qualities of a good jeweler; coupled with visits to local jewelry stores, my husband and I flew to Miami and took a short ride from the airport to Pelagrino & Co, located in The Historic Alfred I. duPont Building of Miami's Jewelry District.Given our visit and request for a meeting was unannounced, our reception was surprisingly welcoming and pleasant.Upon our arrival, we were introduced to the team, Leo, Allen, and Rachel, which really placed us at ease.After the introductions, Leo sat us down to discuss my desires in a custom designed wedding ring set.Leo was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. From our interaction, he confirmed why he is a true Master Jeweler.After providing information and walking us through the stone selection process, ring design, and setting options, I had my thoughts materialize into a custom three stone ring and matching band with diamonds (the ring bands in platinum and the crown of the rings in 18K gold).Communication and updates following our meeting was unbelievable. Rachel provided updates and pictures of the rings in the different stages through completion, which was extremely fast compared to our other custom jewelry experiences.Though free shipping was offered, Leo suggested and we agreed that picking-up the rings in person would be best to address any concerns that we might have.We once again arrived to a warm and sincere greeting.Upon opening the box, I realized that the pictures and video clips that Rachel sent did not capture the true brilliance, fire, and sparkle.Pelagrino & Co has an awesome Team that made this experience extremely enjoyable and satisfying!!We will definitely be doing more business with them moving forward and proudly sharing with family, friends, and associates that Pelagrino & Co is our Jeweler!

I took too much time for me to find a ring for my beloved person. I had to walk a lot in order to find a suitable option for me. However, I was lucky to come over Pelagrino \\u0026 Co. The fact that I spent a very little on choosing the propriate ring amazed me a lot. I've never met such a responsive and drinks customer service. The stuff helped me to handle my task and I'm really grateful for it. Actually. I supposed that if once I will have such a task, I mean to find a jewelry, I already know where I will go!!
