This is the recent feedback I gave to the survey they just sent me and I thought I'd copy it here for their marketing and promitional purposes.
I am not impressed by your agency at all. I do not like that I have to go through a robocenter to get a hold of someone. When I finally do get a human it is a different person each time and they seem eager to get rid of me. I am used to having a direct line with my agent, which I had only received with your agency when I initially reached out to you to get insurance three years ago. This whole process with my accident was frustrating and it was mostly due to the previously mentioned items. I am going be either switching insurance providers or at a minimum switching agencies after this is all settled. There is zero customer service and all interaction with your agency have been highly impersonal. You obviously only care about receiving the premiums and nothing more. I wish I could say it has been a pleasure doing business with you as I exit the door, but I certainly can not say so with a stright face.
Of note, the only saving grace for Allstate has been your adjustors who have been wonderful to communicate with and have been providing me with the answers that your agency should have been providing. Please use this review for your marketing and promitional purposes.

never respond, just try to take money and once policy is set, good luck ever speaking to a customer service rep again.

Tried to add another car to policy, no answer or help from anyone. Tried to cancel, again no answer or help. 5 days of this and I decided to switch to progressive. Goodluck buying a new car and needing all state to insure it promptly!

Lost me. Tried for 2 days to reach an agent by phone. got a call two hours after I switched to geico. Said they tried to call but did not. Either answer the phone or lose business.

When I first moved over to Allstate it was great. I got a great quote and as the years go by it creeps up and up and up and now it’s on affordable. So I will be looking around for some other insurance companies
