Today, Saturday, September 28, I used the service for the first time. I needed to change a tire for my car and I had a good first impression. Apart from the fact that it is very close to my house in Hollywood, I received friendly, efficient and professional treatment from Carlos. The cost of the tire and installation was reasonable, I definitely left satisfied with the service.

Great place, been there twice for tires on my MB S550 and my wife’s Arteon. Installation was nicely done w/out any scratches or damage to the wheels, properly balanced as well. I surely recommend this place! Tks Guillermo!

My experience at Paul’s was nothing but great. I got 4 new tires mounted/balanced, an alignment, and an oil change. Everyone was very kind, the service was quick, and the prices were fair. I recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle services.

First time customer as of today & the experience was nothing short of perfect. I called prior to coming in & Guillermo was very transparent and helpful. He suggested what was in MY best interest, providing insightful help and suggestions. They allowed me to come in a few minutes later and solved all of my tire needs. I came to Paul’s Tires Services for the first time because I was driving and suddenly my car showed up a light and I started acting weird so I got scared. I called and Guillermo answer the phone and told me to just go in and he will take care of it. So I went and the experience was very pleasant and smooth, he and his team looked at everything on my car and ensure everything was good. It was just a very good costumer service and then I ended up changing my tires with them, definitely coming back again for oil and anything I can need!

Wasted my entire morning. Called the previous day to make sure they can change the wheel bearings on my very common car. First they give me the excuse they don't have the tool for the inner bearing after I ubered back home. I tell them to do the outer bearings only and I'll figure someone else out for the inners. They then respond to me after I called 20 min back to follow up for a price. And they come back with they don't have that tool either. Useless and a waste of time. I've given them plenty of business and this is my last time

I had a great experience with this business. The owners are honest and provide excellent service, with very good prices. Guillermo, Monica and Carlos took very good care of me.I had to replace my battery and they offered me a better price than regular Auto part stores. They work with quality brands like Napa or Premium AAA for batteries, and their tires have an excellent price as well. Highly recommend them!
