THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM!
Purchased a hood from partsmax, freight company dropped it in the driveway and would not wait for me to open and inspect it. It was poorly packaged, box has some signs of possible damage, so driver wrote on his copy of the BOL "subject to inspection". Said he had a lot of stops to make and couldn't wait. I got everything unpackaged and the hood was severely dented in several spots. Called Partsmax to file a claim and if it's an online order, the person you're talking to will say they can't help you, you have to email their sales team. If they transfer you, it goes to an automated message saying they no longer take phone calls.
Took 3 days to get a response from the pics I sent of the damage and asking for a replacement and their reply said I was supposed to refuse delivery, they can't refund or replace my item, I'm basically screwed. Their return policy on the website for items shipped says to note any damage to the driver and contact their warehouse. I did both, driver made a note, emailed sales with pics of the damage. Again, I explained this on the phone with someone and they said sorry, we can't help with internet orders. Let me transfer you to someone, then you get the automated message. This place is a SCAM! Nowhere does it tell you to refuse delivery and in my case, wasn't an option anyway according to the driver from R&L carrier. No manager will talk or call me back. Zero communication, zero customer service, take your money and run. Maybe if you buy in person at their warehouse, it's good, but online, don't make the mistake I did. They put in their email response to me that I should try to make a claim with the freight company myself. WTH! These people don't care, read other reviews, it's always twisted around to be the costumers fault.

Very bad experience, they won’t return your money even if they gave you a mistaken part. Very shady policies that don’t really know if they’re legal and very rude cashiers and staff.

I drove from West palm beach took me 1 hour & 22minutes I got there at 5:06pm a young guy answered the door saying they were closed I told him I drove all that way he was nonchalant did not care at all, I went back the next day to pick up the part I needed & the guy at the counter giving the part was so pleasant helped me to the car he told me there were people there until 6pm. But it’s fine I wasn’t the one that ordered this part but as for me I will never go back there or refer anyone there.

Mainly deal with them online. Had to call about an inquiry and had a rude person over the phone. I like the online portion, but the man over the phone had such a disgusting attitude.

I wish I could have given it zero stars but that was not possible. This company stole $600 from me. I refused a part on delivery and returned it to sender and they charged me a 100% restocking fee. I am an elderly woman who knows nothing about fixing cars I'm flying by the seat of my pants trying to get this done as cheaply as possible and these idiots decide to steal $600 from me. Do you think this man lost any sleep because I can't afford to eat for the rest of the month absolutely not.
