Just plain nasty, angry at the world and zero customer service. Don’t honor return policies and literally push you to the edge for a simple return they allow. Vengeful and psychotic is what I’d say.

This business lacks customer service experience at all the levels possible. They are terrible at serving the customers needs and providing details on items customers want to purchase. They need to train everyone including the owner on how to treat customers so they can improve on quality and service needs. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone in the Miami area. I know tons of businesses in Miami that are respectful and professional in dealing with customer needs.
