Do not take your pets to have neutering surgery because it leaves them crippled. We took 2 cats to undergo this surgery and one seems to have had her intestine affected because now everything gives her diarrhea and a lot of flatulence and the other almost got killed with anesthesia and to get out of the problem they say it was something else, The cat became confused when she walks or runs, she seems dizzy. Don't bring your pets

My mom brought her dog to the vet for an ear infection, and the vet recommended an antibiotic treatment. When my mom asked for a prescription to get the medication elsewhere, the vet refused. I believe any vet who won’t provide a prescription upon request is being unreasonable. It’s common knowledge that vets often charge significantly more for medications, and this felt like an attempt to take advantage of someone who may not be aware of the price difference. It’s frustrating to see this kind of behavior, especially when it seems like they’re targeting elderly individuals or those who are less informed. If she could not afford the treatment, for a fact the vet will let my mom’s dog suffer. Terrible place.

They will not assist you on weekends despite emergencies. We paid $4000 to have surgery on our large dog and she ended up dying. He did not die during the operation but we could not count on them during the emergency during the recovery time. They don't answer phones or are there during the weekend. We also received insults on several occasions, insinuations that we were not feeding the dog well and then that due to our carelessness the stitches from the operation were removed, they even told us that we should not love the dog so much. We have no words to express our pain for the loss and on top of that we have no way to sue these people who are anything but veterinarians. You are warned!!!

I would never return to that animal clinic again, since they did not treat us properly.

Only vets I trust! AMAZING. They saved my cat after VCA Knowles almost killed him. This clinic actually cares and tries to help you and your animals. The goal isn’t money here, it’s caring for your pet

Please do not bring your cat there. Dr. Ivette Mendoza was openly arrogant and rude once she realized I am not able to pay for "Hospital Stay". I paid in advance all the lab works ( more than $500).When I started checking the invoice she became aggressive and said:" I not gonna steal from you". What if you go to a restaurant and you are checking the bill and the clerk jumps on you with the same attitude? My cat was treated roughly and Ivette even cut my cat nails without even asking for my permission. Ivette said she did it because my cat scratched her. My cat is an old, sick, and very passive one. My cat has never been aggressive towards no one and I regret not being present when the alleged scratching happened. Ivette Mendoza has a very entitled disrespectful attitude. For sure karma will bring Ivette Mendoza a lesson for life. And the place stinks like abandoned public restrooms.

Take the advice of every negative review and use your money with a vet who really cares about your pets. They will demand you to pay upfront for their services which never in my life have a vet do. It is like paying for a restaurant just so they can spit on your food. Ivette Mendoza should have her vet license suspended after all the abuse she and her staff inflicted not only on the pets but their very customers. She in particular was very disrespectful to my mother and had the audacity to blame it on the "culture difference" when we all come from the same country which suggests to me she judged my mother by their skin color which comes off as kind of racist too.
As someone who is providing a service the least you want to be is judgemental, and at most, respectful of the choices we make for our beloved pets.
Lastly, I don't like lowering myself to their vulgarity but, Ivette Mendoza, Ivette al carajo con tu farsa de negocio.

I took my dog for an annual checkup. The service was excellent and the prices were in line with what the market in general offers. A very professional work team.

I don’t recommend this place with the new vet that is there in the office. I took this morning my dog and the bill for a urine infection was $720 because they did all these test that she didn’t need. Be aware of what they do to your dog. It’s like if you go to a doc office are they going to start off with a CAT scan? Or are they going to start with a urine test and from there keep going, to see what you have.
They are inconsiderate and ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY. Low as people. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.

Dr. Pino only cares about making money. It was a very traumatic and stressful time for me. I went with a very sick cat that was suffering, even though it was obvious what needed to be done. Dr. Pino only wanted to charge me a lot of money for unnecessary rests, so I left with my sick cat. When I finally got the strength to do what I was dreading I unfortunately got Dr. Pino. I’ve had animals my whole life and this is my worst experience EVER!!!
