I've been on the phone for half an hour and no one answers and every time I call they put me on hold or talk or anything, bad service, my god.

I’ve called twice, and been on hold for about 10 minutes each time. Crazy how long I need to wait in order to place an order.

Horrible customer service, had me on hold for 30 minutes (counted). All I wanted to do was cancel my order but didn't get to do anything. You can hear them put the call on hold, without even saying a word.
