Class A RV Service:Service Advisor - Diaz Cordero / Alex AlvarezTried to call for an appt for warranty service at this location and could not get through. Tried several times. I made an appt online and showed up the day of service. They advised the oil change could be completed but they could not fix the other items as there is no space for the RV to stay as they were completing other RV services. This is the only location for a few hundred miles that services RV for Ford chassis.It was explained as soon as they have space, I would be called. I have called the main number to follow up as it had been a while and received no answer. I called the cell number given to me (786-318-8825) no answer as well - texted the number, no answer. This went on for a few days and still no answer. I tried to call the main number again, no answer.extremely frustrated, we started looking for other Ford dealerships that would perform work on RV and found one in Orlando. We wound up driving the RV to Orlando for service. At this point a month or so later we still have not heard from Palmetto Ford and still cannot get a hold of anyone in service. This is a disgrace to Ford and customer service everywhere.As a previous Fleet/Service manager, I would be embarrassed for this location and the work/customer service they provide.I hope this prevents someone else from going to this location for service and or sales.thank you

I am only giving them a one star because I had to at least select one. My Ford Edge has been there since 9/20th and it is now 11/13th. If you call service no one answers, I escalated it to the service manager (David), he basically told me he would update me in two days, no update, when I reached out for an update, he does not answer phone or texts.Now I know why our company does not use them any longer because their service is bad. I am escalating this to the Ford district because I am not sure if they ever will fix my car nor give me an update. Last update was "we can't fix it". If you are smart go to another Ford Dealer.

The service department is deplorable. Do not bring your vehicle here. They make an appointment for you to bring in vehicle. Over a month I still don't have my camper and now they tell me that they don't do extended warranty work after all this info was given a month ago. Complete run around.

Servicio en parte pésimo si venden algo es por que en algún otro sitio no lo tienen pero por servicio los vendedores no sirven no tienen iniciativa no tienen deseo de ayudar a buscar un repuesto nada.... Pésimo el servicio.

I ordered a van on December 1st, the sales person I worked with is no longer with the company. After numerous calls to to inquire about the status of my order, I have yet to receive a return call from sales managers.

I have been searching for a very specific vehicle and I was told by Youdeline, Anna Flores, that vehicle I was looking for was there and available. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I drove one hour to arrive on site and ask for Ernie who is the person Anna Flores told me to ask for. Ernie had no idea who I was or why I was there. He asked for my name and what vehicle I was looking for so I told him and he responded that it was sold yesterday. I wasted two hours of time traveling there and back to see a vehicle that was sold at the same time that my appointment was scheduled. It is very inconsiderate that this dealership did not notify me that the vehicle I was going to test drive was sold the day before. I was prepared to buy this vehicle on-site.

This may actually be the worst dealership i've ever been to. They told me on the phone to come in because they had 2 of the sprinter truck i needed to buy. I get here and they don't have the model i need, despite telling me they did. the sales person had no knowledge on anything that had to do with the vehicle. a total waste of time, especially since i drive 35 minutes each way. completely ridiculous.

Worst customer service ever. The service department is completely incompetent and do not care about their customers' time. Was given an appointment first thing in the morning specifically for an oil change and recall. I was told that the oil change would be done today but that the recall would probably not be done today because they may need parts. I called several times throughout the day and the service advisor was "busy" and would call me back or was out to lunch and they didn't know when he would return. When I didn't get a response, I went in person to inquire. I ended up picking up my car 6.5 hours later without them having even looked at my car. Apparently there are no appointments, only check in times there when you the. enter a queue and they could take up to a month to look at your car according to what a service advisor told us. The manager told me there was nothing she could do but would have the service manager call me. Called corporate, where they scheduled my appointment and they said they can't even take a formal complaint. Tried to talk to a supervisor and after waiting about 15 minutes to be transferred, I was hung up on. Beware and steer clear from this place!

I have never had such an unpleasant experience buying a vehicle from a dealer like the one I have had at Palmetto Ford of Miami. They lie when they publish the information of the vehicles, describing that their vehicles have and do things that when I went to inspect it they did not have and they do it to inflate prices. The financier Marcel told me this is the interest I am offering you, a robbery, and when I replied that it was too high, he answered me "if you don't want it, don't buy it". It is disrespectful from the moment you enter until you leave. In my life I never return to that despicable place
