Anita is the best. Very helpful and happy to assist in everything I needed. Earlier in the day I went to UPS store and the service was abysmal. No help and no solutions. No advice and simply told me it was not possible. Anita went above and beyond by configuring my package until it was safe to travel and met the proper standards. She was incredibly friendly the entire time and had solutions for literally every roadblock we encountered throughout the process. It’s obvious she knows her field very well and I strongly recommend her and the business.
