A bit pricey but run by nice people. I forgot $50 in the pocket of my pants. They called me immediately to pick it up. I have always had a good experience and received good service in here.

I brought a linen jacket to the Venera Ave. store and it came back not pressed properly and the cuffs were still dirty. they redid it and the jacket shrunk. The manager "Guillermo" told me to bring it back which I did and I waited two weeks and when I asked "David" the status, he said you have to speak to Guillermo, I could get no information and David promised me Guillermo would call me. I never received a call. Ended up having a tailor, stretch out the back area. Terrible customer service..

Disrespectful language from the front desk guy, David, speaking to customers in a demeaning way& as other customers mentioned in the reviews, if you call to complain or mention an incident that happened by one of their employees they hang up on you or answer back in a disrespectful way.

I first visited this OXXO cleaners in 2020. I did not have the best experience, but it was not terrible either.
One of the garments I sent did not appear to be washed effectively enough and I contacted them to see if they can wash it again given my dis-satisfaction. They did not even care to respond via the many means I communicated with them.
Fast-forward nearly four years later, I was faced with my usual laundry but now I had a comforter emergency. My other OXXO was closed. I debated who to use and the only reason I went to this OXXO again was the hours and the fact that they clean with the Green Earth solution. I had hoped my previous visit was a one-time thing and maybe things changed in this span of time. Low and behold they have not. I entered with a few garments since I was already there and the service was short of terrible - rushed, unpleasant, and lack of coherent English. I had not even mentioned the comforter, which I carried in with me in a garbage bag, but when I was about to say something, the clerk handed me a ticket (which looked nothing like the green OXXO receipts I get at the other locales I have been to). The attendant claimed he could not find me in their system and despite giving my number and showing my ID, he still asked me how to spell my name…. He finally did find me, but I have no clue why they had such trouble doing so because he said the phone is accurate.
Something about the way they run this OXXO just does not seem straight….
Also, I know the service is prepaid, but at this branch it was not, and no prices are posted. That one was my bad ?, but this place conjures a hell of a lot of red flags - and I instantly regretted giving my clothes to them. However, there is one silver lining to this.
THANK GOD I did not give my comforter to them. I stuck with my gut feeling (which was correct) and while I wasted time coming here, I took it to the main Sir Galloway, and their staff attended me with much better service and were more action-oriented and attentive to my needs and description, and answered my questions - quite contrary to the folks at this OXXO, who just want to get customers in and out.
This is the second and last time I visit this OXXO Cleaners. I will take my business to another OXXO, even if they are more expensive or far. This venue lacks courtesy, knowledge and customer support, and for what they charge I can get much better elsewhere in a place that values its Clientele.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, well, shame on me, but there won’t be a third time, that I guarantee.

What can I say about this location. They messed up with the 2 shirt as well as losing one of them and also giving me someone else clothes. Very pricey dry cleaner and horrible service and quality. This place should be closed
