Ruined my Boss jacket. It shrinked and I cannot use it any longer... But what is worse now is that I was invited to send the jacket back to fix it and after they try to fix it and realizing they couldn't, they put the policy excuse and said hey can't do anything else. This is now making it even WORSE than the original complain. Trying to Recover from the first experience and then saying "No, we won't give you any refund" and thank you for your business, basically telling me I am not welcomed as a customer. So sad to see that a franchise like this has such a poor customer service policy. I won't be back for sure and will not recommend for anyone in the area. Thank you for nothing.

I've always really liked the laundry service but when I used their ALTERATION service I was impressed. I had 2 pants to adjust the waist, so loose, the seamstress did such a meticulous and perfect job that it was imperceptible, no one says that the pants were adjusted, there is no sign whatsoever. I highly recommend this service as well!!

It is very frustrating when I ask for my order to be delivered and a week after it was supposed to be delivered, I had to go there personally, and ask where were my clothes. The lady at front said 'whoever took your order did not set it up for delivery' and was matted of fact with no apologies. There are plenty of dry cleaners in Aventura and this will be the last time I frequent this establishment. I understand mistakes can happen, but customer service is what is important and OXXO, failed in delivering this. Ownership needs to train their fun stuff better regarding customer service to their clients.
