Good experience with some of my Volkswagen parts. I like that they can have the part ready on the same day if it isn't in the stock. Recommend, Google maps does not find this store.

Called and ask to have a battery charged. I double and triple check over a phone call. when I got there they just didn’t want to do anything saying that I had not bought the battery there.Abhorrent costumer service this People hate their jobs.

I came into this oreilly completely overwhelmed! As a women it’s so hard to get proper help nowadays . Assistant manager Angelo when out of the way to help me! His kindness brought me to tears. I am beyond grateful that I was able to be assisted by him . I highly recommend everyone to come here , Ask for Angelo ! You will not regret it believe me guys.

This is my go to auto parts store to go to. The store is always clean and the customer service is great. Gibby is super helpful, welcoming and attentive, along with Ms. Lareen If you’re in the north Miami area and need car assistance go to this Oreilly’s!!!

This was my go to auto parts until a few weeks ago when I had a defective car battery and went to O-Reilly's for a portable charging device. There was a woman who was attending to me, but she would not unseat herself from the ladder she was sitting on to show me what they had on offer, so I gathered the devices myself, took them to her and asked her to tell me which one was best. She didn't know, had to ask her colleagues and then she took forever to bring back the one I selected. Meanwhile, the Lyft driver left me (15 minutes max), she said nothing (apologies or anything, but the staff was talking about me) and the manager was there hee' hee'ing and ha, ha'ing as if there were no cares in the world. Wasting time and my money. Lyft came, jumped my truck and I took their device back unused for refund, I recommend going somewhere else unless you don't care about the treatment you receive. There is no hope for change at this location. They need to flood the place and wipe it clean of the staff they have at this location. #FullStop

Bad Customer service, I Called to reach the store manager, the lady who attended did not pay any attention to what I was explaining from warranty issue, Then Dave "The manager" got on the phone just screaming "We don't do that" several times without introduction of himself and asking in aggressive tone what else I want?.. Rude.
