A 10/10 experience. I was very nervous as this was my baby's first professional grooming services and Orange Grooming did not disappoint! They were beyond courteous professional and reassuring that your baby will be taken good care of. Will recommend and definitely will be coming back

Beware… the manager at the 79th St location in Miami tried to charge me $200 for the grooming that was announced at $99 in the web for a large dog. Also, the place is a mess

I couldn’t be more grateful with Orange Grooming. They welcome our rescued cat with so much love and understanding while we were totally freaked out. Their service from the phone call gave us the confidence that he would be ok. He came out totally cleaned and transformed. They really became part of the experience. GRACIAS

We left our dogs for a week. No updates or communication. They charged us nearly $200 extra because they said after 3 days, they have to bathe and groom the dogs. When we came to pick up our dogs, their collars were missing and they smelled of pee, poo, and were filthy. Not only do we have to take them to another groomer now, we also have to buy new collars!

I love the care and pampering he has with my babies, Victor is charming and his work is 10?I notice a lot of difference when I am traveling in Europe and I take him to another one, the haircut is not perfect in Europe, when I come to Miami I'm going the next day to visit him and take him to Wooster, which I left for him. Guapo, he's very conceited ? and now I'm bringing him my second baby, Katyusha, she's 9 months old, she's still learning what a puppy is like, it's a little difficult. Víctor has one for her. patience and gives them a lot of love and I like that about everyone because they really love our babies and I leave them without worrying and when I go to pick them up they are very pretty I recommend you to ?❌??

It does not get any worse than thisMy dog came out all scared and refused to walk or move from under a chair—-2 hours later I decided it was not normal and took him to the vet. Upon a full check yo. His ears were all cut and bleeding inside!!!! Nobody even told me!!!! Does not get worse than the lack of trust

This place is amazing. Serious recognition to Victor. I have an innocent looking 5lb Morkie with so much anxiety that he sees anyone with a bath or scissors as a threat - and he naturally responds with a very dangerous bite ( I get bit trying to muzzle him). Ollie was in bad shape. I brought him here as a last resort. Victor calmed him and groomed my fur baby back to health. Thank you so much!

DO NOT SEND YOUR DOGS HERE. They will leave your dog alone in the store barking for hours. I just drove past them at about 5:30 PM on November 11th and there was a white fluffy dog (with some brown/grey spots) barking so loud you could hear it from outside the shop and IN A CAR. There was no one in the store and there were annoying christmas lights flashing. This isn't even mentioning that they say they close at 6 PM on google but you cannot get ahold of them at 5:30.

My dog always leaves here with pain in her private areas. This time I have to keep a pamper and cream on her to ease the pain. I am not sure if they rush and cut her or what but everything she gets groomed at this location she is very uncomfortable and is limping. She can barely walk outside without stopping to lick herself and can't use the rest room comfortably. I would rather them tell me they can service her instead of her being in pain. Her cut was also extremely patchy

Amazing!!! I have a husky… her hair can be alot to deal with! she always comes back home looking the best. Shiny hair, smells so fresh and clean, and her hair is always brushed beautifully! I wouldn’t take her anywhere else… also She gets excited to see the other animals inside. First pic is before… second pic is after ? definitely recommend!!

Best grooming experience I've had! ?? This is the first time I took my Angora cat to a groomer for a cut and flea/tick treatment. The staff did a great job, and he came out of there looking pretty and relaxed. The shop itself is nice and clean (as clean as a pet grooming spot can be lol). I appreciate that they have a gate at the front door to help keep pets from dashing out. It also has pets that belong to the staff, and they hang out in the front of the shop by the register; they're excellent little supurrvisors - so well-behaved, friendly, and cute! ???

Owner super RUDE and GREEDY. I moved to the Miami Shores area and wanted to try a groomer around the area. Victor did a great job with the haircut yet is twice the price as any other groomer so be aware. I will go back to my old groomer- Animal Crackers (AC)- won’t mind the drive to downtown when I’m saving literally $120 for same haircut plus premises in AC is like a park/spa for puppies vs in in Orange groomer that is exactly the opposite of a spa.
