Their turnover time is as good as their competition, perhaps they are in high demand.
And they aren't that expensive either which makes them a 4 star deal. Except with their tailor that's a whole different story.

They are ok, didn't mess up the dry cleaning, but they gave me a date and time that the clothes would be ready. I was busy and didn't go to pick it up till the following day and it was still not ready. Feel this should have been communicated in a phone call or text so I didn't go out of my way to pick it up for no reason.

I have been going to Orange for over 10 years. When I 1st moved to the Shenandoah neighborhood I shopped around and they by far had the best prices as they do now.The service is always excellent. Family owned business and very friendly staff. Thank you!

Just came to drop off my cloths. The way my cloths were handled on 4/11/23 at 11:40am made me grab everything and leave. My cloths were placed in a cart filled with papers and other metal items. My Moncler jacket, shirt and Gucci scarf were almost ripped in the process. I opted to take my belongings elsewhere. The place was unkept and I did not trust their service, will not come back.

( I have a total of 365 shirts ) now because of them I'm missing over 55 that's a lot. I was a LOYAL customer of Orange CLEANERS for over 16 years I made them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TROUGHT the years but this year and after they lost many of my shirts, I got fed up with them. Every week I was paying them $150 "" every week"" Wendy ( employee that thinks is the owner ) has a really bad attitude due to her major personal insecurities that can be noticed right away but come on DO NOT BRING YOUR BAD ATTITUDE TO WORK AND ENGAGE WITH ME IN A NEGATIVE WAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE save your headache go to another place with better treatment to customers.
