Very clean, all staff very friendly, Mr. Arturo was always of a great help.When the COVID-19 pandemic started, everyone was wearing masks and gloves and practicing social distancing.They were always willing to help in every way they can.Free parking is a big plus.Location is great. Well maintained apartments and building. Trolley station is across the street, metromover station around the corner. Very near to Walgreens, CVS and Publix supermarket.Very nice neighbourhood.Highly recommend

We stayed here an overnight before our Cruise and the suite was immaculate and clean. Facilities were fantastic. The views from suite were spectacular. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We caught a free monorail from Brickle down to bay side which was great. Definitely recommend.

As some of you know this property is in the middle of an extensive and total retrofit or remodel. I'm currently working on this project as an ironworker, and as far as the new metal work going into this place, it's extensive and when it's all said and done it will be one of the nicer buildings downtown. Everyone that I've meet there thus far, including the security and maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The owner of the property is pretty cool too.

Loved our apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern and had a fabulous view. Location was great! All the facilities that you can imagine and more. Staff was courteous and professional. Thank you very much. We would stay here again and again.

Usually I would give 4 to 5 stars to such a hotel. The rooms are clean, and nice, but the hotel room we had was not the best one could get. Our hotel room was next door to the hotel's 4 elevator, and the sound of the machinery could be heard clearly through the wall. We also had a large kitchen, but it lacked a lot of kitchen utensils, so we couldn't really use the kitchen for anything. But would still recommend this hotel as the location is really nice. There is about 25 minutes drive to a really nice beach from the hotel and free local high train in the area. Free parking is also available in the hotel's parking garage. The entire hotel is safe, with plenty of surveillance. There is a pool on the 9th floor, where there is also Nice fitness room. Lovely hotel, as long as one's hotel room is not next door to their elevator.

The feeling of being robbed at gun point couldn’t match the level of disgust that I have against the poor hospitality this hotel offered during my stay. In a positive sense, I feel as though I only paid for outside scenery and the beauty of it all. None of the services I received were aligned with an exceptional stay while on vacation. The customer service was poor and unapologetically rude, housekeeping didn’t exist, the rooms were infested with outside insects and rodents that intruded through the cabinets, bedrooms, refrigerators, and even in my personal belongings. Each bathroom consisted of one big drying towel and one face towel, when I requested more towels I was told to wash the ones I already had. The beds were cardboard fragile. The walls and floors were embedded with foul smells of cigarettes and smells that triggered my nostrils. Even in the bedrooms, If I gently sat on the bed it would break down. The blankets were paper thin and they gave three cover up blankets to replace the missing comforters. I can not fathom how the inconveniences that this facility placed me into during this stay. It lead me to a huge discomfort and I am still discontent with the stay. There are no intentions to publicly disgrace this facility, but I’m only utilizing this platform to highly recommend that anyone NOT BOOK through this room.

I stayed here few days ago. Staffs are nice and polite. I highly recommended this apartment condo for vacation to stay. It has a nice view and atmosphere. Very clean and updated place.

Stayed in a bedroom apartment during the Miami Boat Show. Unit had a full kitchen, seperate living room, and king bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, and the view from the living room and bedroom was great. Certainly recommend.

My balcony is a wrap-a-round and faces the North-East. My view from the 36th floor is "Awe Inspiring". The apts. are very well equipped and clean-as-a-whistle.

place is nice, except it's very loud; you could hear next room's tv, conversations, baby crying. Area is extremely busy with crazy traffic, parking is over the top pricy (if you find one). Building staff is not professional at all, mediocre at best. Not worth the money. For the same price or less a night, you can stay at a real hotel with much better service. This building caters to AirB&B guests that book 5-6 people in one unit. Valet parking was by far the worst!
