Terrible customer service and fraudulent business practices by OndadeMar. I placed an online order and requested to return the goods. They did not reply to a single email, phone call at this location, or contact us form on their website. Even after having proof of the return being delivered, they are saying the return isn't valid.

Terrible customer service. The blonde lady was extremely rude and couldn't care less that I drove 40 min to pick a suit they said they put on hold. Didn't even try and find it.
