Dr. Harris- thank you for 4 decades of care for our entire family of dogs. You knew me from a toddler and you’ll be missed. May you rest in eternal peace with all the fur babies that you cared for. We love you- The Ortiz Family

I have always received the best treatment from this clinic. Especially for the older Dr who is now sick. Also for the doctor who is replacing him. Very kind. The girl at the reception is very friendly, always willing to help.
I have 9 cats and I almost always take them there. I'm just taking the 9 of them to test and vaccinate them.

I’ve had great experiences here and quick service. My puppy received all his vaccines and later we went back when he had an ear infection. Dr Keiko is very thorough in her assessments making sure you have all the information and even checked in on him to make sure he improved. She’s very caring and kind! She also reminded me about heat stroke and how quickly my black dog can overheat in these temperatures.

Where do I begin!?!? I’ve been taking my dog here for years and somehow, they lost my dogs records. Now I have no record of past bloodwork, vaccines, even SURGERIES!!! Don’t get me started on the attitude I get from the girls at the front desk, Ali and Liz. Lazy, insensitive and incompetent. They need to be fired and go work in an underground tunnel away from everyone. Now there’s a new vet Dr. Kako who is stepping in while Dr. Harris is on medical leave. She gave me the runaround and delayed a simple procedure while her condition got worse. I went to a different vet after I got tired of waiting on a phone call with an estimate/POA and they took my dog in the same day and did the procedure….without having to do the extra testing that Dr. Kako was holding me up for. I will NEVER take my dog here again.

We were in the stages of adopting an adorable young stray cat from a campground we winter at. This clinic, through donations, is able to spay or neuter stray cats, as well as give them all necessary vaccinations for free. This clinic also microchipped (we had the chip) this cat for free. Amazing service! We dropped the cat off in the morning (by appointment) and picked him up before 5 pm. This clinic does a great service in keeping the feral cat population under control in the south Miami area by providing this free service for cats.

As a Combat Veteran I was given a German Shepherd when I returned home. I would personally like to thank the entire team for taking care of my beyond high ENERGY Shepard whom comes from military K9s. I tried petco down the street on 184 and they could not handel or perform the required procedures on my large dog. If you need to talk to someone hire a shrink, if you need a team to take care of your pet come here. Thank you!!Even my wife was amazed when Achilles came home !!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. The staff that this place hires should be fired. I was there this afternoon and had purchased a Groupon beforehand. The lady at the front desk had asked me what I was there for and I told her I was there for the rabies tag and vaccine. She asked me if I wanted to draw blood or do the heartworm test and both times I responded "No". During the visit I noticed that the nurses were trying to draw blood from my dog. After the doctor had seen my dog, I informed her that I had a Groupon I would like to use towards this visit. She proceeded to tell me that I should've told her before because they gave my dog 2 extra vaccines which I did not ask for and was not informed about. I was charged $148 when I should've been charged $78 AT MOST. I asked the front desk lady why I was being charged that much and she told me that it was my fault and that I "failed to inform" her about my Groupon. She then marked my Groupon as used and refused to refund me any money although I told her I did not want any additional services. She yelled and proceeded to give attitude after being asked a simple question. I asked her to give me my dogs records and she took copies of everything and gave me the copies. As I was leaving I asked her to delete my number and to please not call me again. She proceeded to tell me "girl bye" and laugh. The staff should be reevaluated and should be fired for the unprofessional way of speaking towards clients/ customers. I won't be returning back to that place ever again and I wouldn't trust them with any animal whatsoever. If they have no issues doing things to animals without your consent who knows what goes on in the back if you ever were to leave them for any emergency. The front desk lady I believe is called Liz. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Your typical lazy, outdated (in terms of how they practice veterinary) and overpriced animal clinic.I took my corgi there yesterday for a broken due claw (didn’t go to my regular vet because I recently moved and he is now a bit far from me; BIG mistake but lesson learned):The Dr. at this Old Cutler clinic wanted to put my dog under full anesthesia to cut his nail, thankfully I did the right thing and said NO, please be aware that full anesthesia should be done only when extremely necessary, not for things like removing a nail, you are putting your pet in danger.I walked out of that place, they charged me $45 for a visit that was less than 10min and where there wasn’t even a full examination on my dog’s nail.Today we went to my amazing vet and in a matter of 20 min they solved the problem, they actually LOOKED at my dog’s nail, noticed it was broken right at the base so they applied local anesthesia and cut his nail, bandage the area, gave me some antibiotics and that was all.It honestly makes me so mad that places like Old Cutler clinic just take advantage of you and your love for your animal, for them it’s just about the ESTIMATE of the bill and how much they can make out of you. So sad.
