I had my Omega Seamaster sitting in a drawer for a few years. I dropped it off and it was professionally replaced along with servicing. No complaints.

Gone to center in Miami a few times now. Always had a pleasant experience with employees and service concerning my watch. The blue lagoon area may be a bit of drive but it's worth it.
