This store has Allways been horrible. Needed to print a document of major urgency. I was 3 minutes late and the store still had people shopping. My purchase was Imediate. The manager Andrew laughed at me and refused to even come to the door. What kind of managers does this place employ

Ally in the Print Center is an angel on earth. She was so incredibly helpful with our print project. We needed to print an 18 x 24" foam mounted poster board + print out multiple 5 x 7" pictures cut down from 8.5 x 11" sheets. She handled everything so professionally and perfectly, all along with a big smile on her face. Everything was cut to precision and she was able to get it all done quickly, as she knew we were on a tight timeline. She truly went above and beyond and handled everything with such kindness, which was much needed in our stressful situation. We super appreciate all of her help, and know that it's employees like her that set a great example for everyone else they work with, and make the customer experience an enjoyable one.

I cane here in need of an ethernet cable. Pedro, the cashier, directed me to the exact place i needed to find one. Then Pedro again helped me in determining which was the correct size. Pedro was extremely helpful, conscientious and honest in dealing with me. He called his manager to make sure his advice was on point. The manager came right away and confirmed what Pedro said. Great service here!I'll definitely come back
