I wanted to give a local dry cleaners a try and that was the worse mistake that ended up costing me a lot more than just making the drive to my old dry cleaners. I took 6 panels of curtains that I had freshly washed and dried at home. All I wanted was for the curtains to be pressed. I was advised that it would take a bit longer than usual because they were short on staff which I gave no fuss and left the curtains there anyway. One week later I picked up my white curtains and to my surprise when I arrived home to hang them they 1. were not pressed properly because they had creases all over them as if I had just taken them out of a package and 2. my clean white crisp curtains had yellow stains on 4 out of the 6 panels I had them service. I was super upset and took them right back. The attendant said that I must have taken them there with a stain already on them and that those were food stains, the disrespect. They definitely were not food stains and they definitely did not have those stains when I took them there! He advised that he would work on removing the stains and do the press again. After a few hours I get a call from the same attendant asking me to pick up my curtains that he was going to provide me with a refund and that he had no staff to service the curtains. Now I had not only wrinkled curtains but also stains that I didn't do myself. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and I am in disbelief that people run a business like this. I ended up driving to my old dry cleaners immediately and was told that it seemed as if the press machine was dirty and that's where the stains came from. Thankfully some one was able to clarify what the stains were. Sadly I wasted one week of time waiting for my curtains and driving back and forth and not only that but now am spending additional money for another cleaners to clean up the mess this place did on my curtains. What a shame. Never again. Please save your money and time and go else where that will handle your garments in a professional manner.

I give it a single star just to be able to make my comment. The man who receives and delivers who supposedly claims to be the owner is disrespectful, he gets upset when they ask for the receipt, he hands you a paper that you can't see what he writes on it. He, there are no prices for each piece anywhere, at the FINAL he tells you the total price that comes from his mind, you never know what you are paying, it is very sad that this is happening in this country, in capitalism, we bring The bad customs of our countries and we WANT to implement them here, the quality of the work is terrible, what a shame it has a good location, I'm not going anymore, the next thing would be losing my belongings. I do not recommend the service to anyone,

I am giving it one star just to get my review in otherwise, I will not be able to informed anyone of the horrible irresponsible service they provide. Further more, this is already giving them the benefit of doubt after a previous incident with delivery of service.Took my uniforms to get hem on a Friday morning and they agree to have one done for Saturday morning and the rest by Monday. Decide to give them a extra day and had my husband pick up uniforms on Tuesday before closing. The owner gave the excuse that they needed to iron the hem of the pants and that she couldn't give it to him like that. I found this very odd since they never iron the clothes that they hem. I had my husband go on Wednesday morning and it turns out that is a blantly out right lied. She only gave him 2 of the uniforms because she has not even finished. Horrible irresponsibly service they are not able to deliver the service as promise. Why would you agree to a order if you know you will not have it ready in the date it was agree on. In addition, the wife catches a attitude when you question her or ask her about it. Never again will I take my business to them after this.

I gave them for cleaning five shirts a month ago. They have not yet appeared. I am waiting more than a month and my shirts are still missing. They are poorly customer oriented and it seems the don´t control well how their own business works. Now according to liability insurance, they want to offer you no more than 10 times the price of the service. It means you buy a shirt for $100, the service cost is $2, then in case of loss they will offer you maximum amount of $20. This is a good way to exhort the business to avoid loss clothes.Spanish:Mande a lavar 5 camisas hace un mes en este negocio. Aún no han aparecido. Llevan un mes buscándolas y no me dan una solución inmediata. Muy mal servicio, dan la impresionante de no saber controlar bien cómo funciona su negocio. Como no las encuentran pretenden pagar no más de 10 veces el valor del servicio. Esto es si una camisa se lava por 2 dólares. Te pagan 20 dólares aunque la camisa haya costado 100 dólares.

This place is the worst. Took my clothes to get helmed ,other than there's no dressing room, had to duck and dodge to get to the bathroom. After the man took the measurements of my pants I Gave instruction on how I wanted the cuff of my shirts done... I went to pick up the clothes and it was all wrong. The pants were short (to my ankles) and the sleeves were not the way a asked them to be. When I told the owner that the order as wrong, she looked at me like if I was crazy. She told me she called me but I didnt pick up so she did it how most people would want it. When I told her a gave the instructions to her husband she told me he forgot to tell her. She then reluctantly offered to fix the shirts and still when i got home and tried on the shirts one sleeve was shorter than the other. Tremendous attitude. never again will I go to this place
