Oceanbank has been a great neighbor and ally to us since we opened in 2016. We've had a long standing relationship with this specific branch. And I can't stay we haven't had "disagreement" or "moments' over the years. But after tinkering with other banks (national and local) and moving funds around, we're very comfortable with OB and specifically the Downtown Branch. Laura has stuck around loyally in the area and she recognizes us as well as many other neighboring business owners, by name and by face. Doug & David have become a great addition to this bank the last couple of years and they have helped our relationship flourish. And lately we've been dealing with Jose Almedo, who has been super professional, efficient, and prompt on all business matters. I've been traveling for a few weeks and I've had non stop communication about various issues and all resolved promptly! With other banks (and even with OB) those would be issues that would require us running around for a couple of days to resolve.Highly recommended by one small business owner to the rest.

I love all the employees here except Laura she’s rude and has a problem with everyone I’m so surprised she still works there. She always has an attitude and does what she feels like it. Your bank is supposed to feel safe and there supposed to be some kind of trust between your bank and yourself and with Laura is like your a stranger. She’s very rude everyone is always complaining about her service yet she still gives you her poor service !

Horrible customer service. Only one teller, she waiting to get a phone call about the customer in front of me, other workers in the branch not willing to step in and help me with a simple deposit. Been 30 minutes now in line. The one teller who is working, has her mask off her nose and mouth on her chin and is couching constantly. No wonder people don’t like banking here.

The customer service at this branch is the worst. They do not respect the customer. Their sign says that they closed at 4: 30 pm but the cuban lady that seats near the entrance start closing at 4 pm .arguing that she needs to start closing early. Besides the Hindu lady that is very nice everyone else need to find another profession. We are closing our accounts because we are tired of the customer service and their atms never working.
