I came to Oakley to get help regarding some glasses that I bought just 7 months ago and their lenses cracked at the height of the lens leg and it turns out that the answer is…. Do you want to buy other lenses?
Because if I don't buy a guarantee when purchasing them, then you have no other option but to buy new ones or pay $80 to change the glass...
How absurd!!!

Chris “Topher” was by far one of the most professional and outstanding individuals working at Oakley vault. He recommended and advised me with his own personal opinion on what I should try and even get. He truly went above and beyond for me and I am super grateful. I had a terrible experience at the Oakley store in Dolphin Mall. The customer service was appalling, especially from the male cashier. He was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked for assistance. He made me feel like I was bothering him with my questions, and his attitude was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, he was slow and disorganized at the checkout, causing unnecessary delays. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won't be returning to this store. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value good

I was just curious about some frames for potentially getting new prescription glasses. Although I didn't intend to buy anything urgently, I was quite pleased with the attentive service and wide available selection on the clearance shelf.

I went to make an exchange for a purchase I had made two hours ago. They sold me the glasses scratched and they did not accept the exchange. To sell they don't even inspect your glasses, but to return the opposite. What an unfair and terrible policy by Oakley.
