I had a break in two pieces, they told me that it would take 4 hours to change them, the estimate was $963, when I got home I bought the pieces and in 2 hours I did the job, the pieces cost me $200.
Wow, what a price difference.

You have the most expensive prices on the market, exaggeratedly expensive, another point is that my husband was there from 7:30 in the morning, the place opens at 8:00 and the mechanic did not arrive until 8:20 am... bad service....

My God, gentlemen, for the love of your neighbor, don't even go near this workshop, they are thieves, I paid 1500 for the repair, they gave me the car with air and it was missing another part, I take the car to them, they put the part in it and they give it to me without air, now they say it's another piece and they want to charge me another thousand for something that I'm sure they broke but don't go there, there are workshops with more decency so that these people can listen to advice

My 98 Jag XK8 was overheating. OA was highly recommended to me. They did a through diagnostic and could not find the problem, other than they think it could be the engine. They recommended someone who could help and waived the diagnostic charge. Gary and others at OA are worthy of your trust. Nobody said they worked on engines, only circulatory and air conditioning problems. For those, they are top of the line.

I just did my AC repair / compressor change with OA, they were very attentive, I was able to negotiate a good price and the work was done in a timely manner - I’m very happy overall and will definitely come back when needed.

These people are classic Miami scammers! I sent my wife to recharge X5 M50 and they told her over $4000 to replace evaporator. I call them and they start feeding me some fantasies. Not only that but they double charged for the diagnostic.

I took my Nissan Altima car in because of noise in the air conditioning blower.
They practically forced me to make an opinion because my criteria was not enough to change the part, stating that they are not responsible. I accepted that they promised that the opinion would be available in half an hour. After an hour they confirmed that I had to change the blower and the filter. cabin.
They gave me the quote with the values of the original part without any other options, such as other brands or used parts, only OEM. The most expensive option and the only one.
Labor 2 hours at 130 each for a total of 260 dollars, work that a respected professional does not take more than an hour.
I left dissatisfied and decided to do the work myself, for this job you only have to remove 8 screws from the glove box and three from the blower and disconnect the connections from the trunk and the glove box light, it took 15 minutes to disassemble and it will assemble 20, place a part for a low mileage car that cost me only 40 dollars.
Everything is working like new and the famous detection cost more, 96 dollars, than the solution to the problem.
Poor clients who do not have knowledge, the solutions they provide are expensive and not fair, look for professional people who earn their money more honestly.

Andres at O&A assured it would be under $1,000. It came out to $750.
