It's incredible how disrespectful the manager of this store was. I'm a Nike member, I've bought online and in stores several times, but I've never had such a horrible experience. I just wanted to return my shoes and exchange them for others since they were breaking and they were practically new. The return policy is 60 days, it says on the Nike website. I was discriminated against by the manager for being Latina and not speaking perfect English. I don't understand how a store like this can offer people like this, knowing that it's a world-renowned brand and its employees are the ones who represent the brand. DISCRIMINATION, that's what I experienced today from this store and its employees. I just wanted to exchange my shoes, which they never did. I complied with all the return policies and I never got any response from the staff.
