Outstanding service from my new agent Liandy (ANDY) Romero. I left another insurer after being with them for 14 years. Not only did I get a good rate for my new car, I also received what I consider to be one of the best client service in years. Andy was attentive, explained everything clearly, he was patient and courteous and very professional. Nice to do business with someone that really listens to your needs and does everything he can to answer them. Kudos to whoever hired this guy. Don't let him go ! If I could give negative starts I would! Don’t trust. This place. I talked to Adam he said he was the manager. He gave me a quote and I was happy with it and told him we wanted to get it. Gave him my debit card to change later. I wasn’t off the phone and had been charged for six months of insurance that don’t start until 6/16. All he wanted ed was to cover overhead!!!!! I called him back and he was a totally different person. Trying to tell me the quote was only good for today. progressive does not work lake that. I will be reporting him to the insurance commission.

Adam has very horrible customer service, never returns your calls.
He also changed over a car insurance policy for me to get a better rate, which I paid in full for the 6 months, but apparently the other insurance company is charging me a large fee of $400 for canceling the policy, Adam never made me aware that there was going to be a fee for changing insurance companies. I would never recommend this Agency. Very unprofessional. They do not care about their clients.
