One star is still too much! I am a Marine veteran and have been banking with Navy Fed in many different states for over 18 years. This location in Brickell is convenient, but the ladies working there are absolutely unpleasant, unprofessional, and have no customer service manners at all. I'm only speaking for the ones we interacted with, their maybe someone there who is wonderful. We just didn't meet them. Everyone one is chewing gum, eye rolling customers, short with responses, and music in the background sounds like Sunday service or an R&B concert. Please address, or we will simply stop utilizing NFCU. Thank you.

Opening a branch in Broward and West Palm will help. Please relocate Brickell location to a more convenient space. A Walmart space would even be better than this location.

Longest visit to the bank with the biggest mission to get there!!!! Will wait till they open another location before EVER going back!!! If you're going to this bank for anything other than a withdrawal or deposit make sure you have AT LEAST an hr or two to kill!!!

The staff at the bank are very nice I'm upset bc their atm machine usually only works about half the time. I try to make cash deposits then the atm won't take the cash. Now I have to wait in line about a half hour. They have had this problem for years. Frustrating bc this always happens

Location is absolutely inconvenient for people who don’t live in the area. There are no proper signs for parking and even when we finally figured out the garage, there was a cone that was marked “full” but there were clearly spaces. Understaffed. No viewable signage for a bathroom which makes one wonder if there even is one. There were only 3 people working, and we were given a 1 hour wait time ATLEAST. This wasn’t even lunch time or a time where you’d expect a bank to be overwhelmed. The waiting area was packed and it’s abominably small. Needless to say, there were not enough chairs. The comment to me was come first thing in the morning to be serviced.. which means this is a recurrent thing. I’d sooner drive to Orlando than revisit the Miami branch.I wish I’d read the other reviews before going. Would have saved me 2 hours of driving since there is only ONE NAVY FEDERAL IN ALL OF SOUTH FLORIDA. like who works logistics on these things ?

I have been banking with you guys for a while now, and not once was I ever disrespected and disregarded like this. I went into the branch to deposit a check. The only check I will receive until mid January. The representative was unprofessional and did not provide any details about the deposit . The bank is closed today. So, I am only assisted via phone. I have been transferred numerous times and have yet to receive a solution to my problem. It is not fair to wait more than 3 days for half of what I worked hard for.

If I could give zero stars I would. Navy Federal does not advocate for the customer when disputing charges. I was charged several times for services I did not receive. Every single dispute I have filed with Navy Federal has been denied. I have never experienced anything like this. I’m being forced to pay for services I didn’t receive. I have several other accounts with major banks such as Chase etc. I have NEVER experienced this with any other major bank. If a charge is disputed, my claim is processed and properly investigated. In the world we live in with soo much fraud, I am truly disappointed with Navy for always siding with the merchant and allowing them to rob Navy federal customers. I have never had to pay for services I didn’t receive with any other bank. NAVY FEDERAL needs to do better for their customers. And good luck trying to resolve via customer service, you will be told to send a message on the app and wait for someone to get back to you in the claims department…. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I’m looking forward to seeing a class action lawsuit against this bank…. The way Navy handles claims is unjust and downright illegal.

Holding peoples account hostage and forcing customers to spend 2 hours on hold to speak to security to get access to your account, because of a potential breach is asinine. You should be ashamed for exposing all our data, and leaving us to fix the mess created by your technical incompetence. Also, please install a call back system, no one likes a 2 hour hold to be hung up on when its your turn, because of something Navy Federal Caused.

Worst location to have a branch...parking and traffic is beyond comedy!

No parking, I had to wait outside for 30 minutes (no worries though the mosquitos will kept me company). There has to be one building in the area with a parking lot and a lobby that will hold more than 7 people; please find it and relocate there. If you want to be inconvenienced go to this branch.

I just opened up a business and personal account with navy federal and they made it so easy. They were are very knowledgeable and professional. I love the fact they do not have fees for everything like my old bank. Every time I call customer service they are REALLY NICE and they take their time to make sure they answer all my questions and resolve any issue I may have. They really appreciate me as their customer. I am really impressed it is like night and day from my old bank. They only down side is they don't have an office in Fort Lauderdale.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . So I've been banking with nfcu for approximately 8 years. I deposit almost 10k a month into that account every month. Well, my debit card was hacked AND THEY CAUGHT IT BEFORE I EVER NOTICED I'D BEEN HACKED. Ypi's think that was a good thing, right? Well the crooks ended up spending almost $600 from my account at Walmart(I NEVER SHOP AT WALMART!) and nfcu immediately refunded me the money, sounds good so far, right? well a few weeks later they take my money back stating it appears as though my chip was used WTH does that have to do with me? I now put on my investigative hat and obtain a police report for the incident. THEY REFUSED TO ACT ON OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE POLICE REPORT OR EVEN DO AN INVESTIGATION ON THEIR OWN. They denied my case for three months straight and I'm in the process of stopping all of my allotments and automatic payments and I will absolutely be closing my account immediately afterwards
