I came to buy today with my wife an daugther to this place. I am 72 years and hafter some time, I ask for bathroom.obviously suffer from urinary incontinence and need to go to the bathroom in this place. It didn't have an out of service sign and I assumed someone was occupying it, so I waited until I was about to urinate and asked if there was a key or if something was wrong. that's when they told me the bathroom was clogged. I urgently asked for the employee's and an employee, in front of the supervisor, told me THAT THE TWO BATHROOMS WERE CLOSED. Faced with my annoyance and demand for a solution, they opened the employee bathroom for me. to what extent we have to allow the deterioration of services in Miami and worse employment every day. SOLUTIONS: A SIGN CLARIFYING THAT THE BATHROOM IS OUT OF SERVICE, and the immediate action of calling maintenance for this chain. Incredible.
