Great snack without all of the bad stuff. We go here to grab all kinds of freeze dried goodies for our chocolate lab and 18 year old kitty. Highly recommend if you’re looking for simple ingredient treats.

I placed an online order on November 26. My credit card was charged immediately. Today is December 1 and it still hasn’t shipped. Shipping alone was approximately $14. No one has contacted me regarding a reason for the delay. No one will answer the phone in Florida. After numerous attempts to contact them, no one has responded to my calls or emails for the past 2 days.Update: On December 5, my account was credited for the charges. However, I still never received any response from this company.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: The fact that you ultimately delivered my dogs food does not justify in anyway the awful, unprepared, and incompetent service and horrible impression your store left on a former loyal customer. THE "THAT'S THE END OF THAT" STORE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. this happened this week. they do not care about you or your pets. This one is an all time great. I called yesterday morning at aproximately 10 am. Yanessa took my payment for delivery tonight after 6. It has been done before for over a year. Come tonight, expecting prompt delivery, i waited until 6:30 only to find out they did not deliver my senior dog's food, a food that she needs, and is now out of. I called several times between 630 and 710. No answer, no call back. When someone finally answered, it was a young lady named Peyton, who seemed vastly unprepared to do her job. She had no idea how to look up my order, had no idea what food I was expecting, even though I had to pronounce it five times. As a normal business I believed this was, I said it was unacceptable that they had charged me and conveniently forgot to delivery as promised. The young lady, Peyton, was very eager to remind me that "I am just a seventeen year old employee, you have to call the manager tomorrow" Never mind my dog has no food, Peyton did not want to help me further. She kept me on hold for thirty minutes, doing I do not know what. I repeated it was unacceptable that this kind of nonchalant attitude could be taken after they had taken my money, and failed to live up to their end of the business. I demanded to speak to the manager, and Peyton, after reminding me of her age, told me to call the manager in the morning. I then insisted that it was unacceptable to keep me waiting and my dog hungry, and asked to get the manager, CARMEN SANTOS, phone number. I explained to Peyton that a business is not run this way, that they had already taken my money, and had failed to deliver. Peyton continued to remind me she was seventeen, so I reminded her that I had worked at a store at her age, and that even at that age, I tried to solve a customer's problems and not take a nonchalant attitude. I asked for the manager CARMEN SANTOS' phone number. First, Peyton kept me on hold doing I do not know what, claiming she was looking for the number. Then, without even making an attempt to contact manager CARMEN SANTOS, Peyton refused several times to provide a contact number for the manager. In the meantime, my senior dog was still without her food. While refusing to provide even an effort to resolve my problem, Peyton told me why would I call Ms Santos as she "wouldnt pick up my call, as she wants to spend time with her family" As a former manager myself, I can share my desire to spend time with family, but when my business messed up, I had to be available to solve it. Peyton ended her great service by saying, all of a sudden, that a mysterious employee had told her not to provide a contact number for her manager. Granted, Peyton had stated initially she was alone. I would have to call CARMEN SANTOS at 11 am, almost a full day after failing to deliver my paid product, and "that's the end of that" She repeated what apparently is the new motto for Natural K9 when they fail to deliver service, "that's the end of that" Peyton finished off her stellar service by hanging up on me. TERRIFIC PERFORMANCE NATURAL K9. NOT ONLY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY, YOU FAILED TO DELIVER MY DOGS FOOD, LEFT HER WITHOUT FOOD, AND THEN TOLD ME THAT'S TOO BAD, SO SAD, THATS THE END OF THAT, ACCORDING TO PEYTON. amazing how horrible the service was this evening. So, like I told young Peyton, I am going to make sure I write as many bad reviews as possible, since this store is about to lose a customer of about 15 years. I guess, Peyton, "that's the end of that" TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO AN ACTUAL STORE THAT CARES, FOLKS.

Quality products, fair prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff. A bit challenging getting into the lot when heading southwest on US1. Try to approach heading north/east.

the customer service when I went in this past Saturday was terrible, two young girls working who didn’t even acknowledge me when I went inside the store. Didn’t care to help me find anything, when I asked for a couple of products their answers were short and seemed like I was bothering them. I will not be returning here to shop and I came here from a recommendation because the food I buy my dog is not available in all pet shops. Bummer

So glad we found this pet supply store. They have a great rewards program for members and the staff is extremely helpful. They also carry the best brands of food for my dog. This is my new pet supply store!

Worst customer service ever. They don’t respond to emails or phone messages. Go elsewhere. They take your money and the hide!!
