Excellent service and very important, they have accessories that are not found in other stores. If you want to go for sure. I recommend this place. I have been solving it for two weekends thanks to them. First a radiator hose that no one had, I had to order it and now A tiny 3" 1/2 inch, only they had it.

I had a pretty nasty breakdown this past weekend when a heater hose decided to go pop in traffic on US1. After pushing my car to a nearby parking lot, I walked into this Napa location only minutes before closing time on Sunday. RODNEY took one look at a picture of the hose in question, and quickly emerged from the backroom with two hoses to splice together that almost matched the original bend-for-bend (the original is off of a 25 year old German car, so of course it's shaped stupidly and has different diameters at both ends), enough hose clamps to keep everything tidy, and a hose splice to connect the two parts. He even got me set up with the right basic tools to get everything sorted, and honestly saved me from what would have been a huge hassle with a tow truck, or a messy duct tape job that probably would've toasted my engine. I'm almost exclusively an online guy when it comes to parts, but do find myself in an autozone on occasion. That's permanently changing to this Napa location going forward. Called to ask about zip ties. Was on hold 7 mins to find out if they had them. They did not, asked for price to order was on hold another 7 mins to be told the price. So a question on if they have zip ties turned into 14 mins of wasted time. Horrible
