So many groomers do not pick up the phone or have you text them for their service like if they don't want to be bothered. Well Nana's Spaw was the only groomer that picked up the phone today and gave me courteous and prompt service. Basic customer service is a lost art in today's busy world. It was my pet's birthday and wanted to give him a special day and get him groomed and bathed. They made room from their busy day to give my pet this treat. Thank you so much for being so attentive and icing on the cake, the best hair cut any of my pets have ever had. Thanks again. Nana's Spaw!!!

I'm fuming. Although the treatment in the past was great, it only takes ONE bad experience to lose a customer. I took my puppy to get groomed, as we do once a month. They trimmed only one ear, left the other hairy and did not trim her front paws as we had asked... until we came to pick her up and mentioned it, then they complied once we insisted. Honestly, that's all forgivable, it's not a big deal.What IS a big deal are the cuts on my puppy's face from the machine they used to groom her. She has these cuts over both of her eyes. My puppy did not want to eat and was acting very nervous for 3 days afterwards, it took a vet visit and a lot of love and reassurance to bring her behavior back to normal. When we called the business to explain what happened, the owner dismissed my husband, very nonchalant about the incident. No genuine accountability nor remorse, or willingness to retain a customer. Accidents happen (maybe it was a faulty machine or a new employee training) but refusing to make amends or take accountability of HURTING A PUPPY is unacceptable. I'm so disappointed.

I think I found the best groomer yet!! i am very picky with how my dog is groomed and i expressed that to one of the staff of how i wanted my dog. they gave my dog probably his best haircut yet! the staff is super friendly and it was quick! i definitely recommend this place

Absolutely amazing service!!! Our puppy was treated with so much love and kindness! They washed her, trimmed her hair, cut her nails, brushed her teeth and cleaned the anal glands all for $50. It's a great deal in my opinion! She was well taken care of and I will only take her here from now on.
