Been coming here since I moved and today the washer was not working and I ask the attendant to come and look at it she wouldn’t even get up to come and look. Telling me that’s the way the machines are. Unacceptable and why in the world would there be no here that speaks English. I will never come here again and I let FB know to not come here where ppl who work here know the machines don’t work and don’t care.

This location and staff is by far the most uncomfortable and disrespectful laundromat I have experienced. I am a regular customer, however, the latest negative experience has left me feeling discouraged about ever supporting this laundromat again.The laundromat closes at 11pm, therefore, having one of the staff wait by the machine drying my clothes is unacceptable, causing discomfort. Having a child who is under one of the staff’s supervision to yell when leaving the premises is also unacceptable and disrespectful. There was no reprimand from the staff to the child on not addressing a customer in that tone and volume.There is also a language barrier between the staff and some of the customers I’ve witnessed. And, I personally have experience several confusing encounters with the staff. Therefore, it is best for support to be given somewhere else.

My sunny Laundry is one of the best laundry in miami shores, they have the best machine, the place is very clean and it’s a quiet place very peaceful.

BELOW ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE by the worker with bleached blonde hair, who only spoke Spanish and no English.Instead of focusing on a solution with a laundry card dispenser transaction that took my money... he refused to give a refund, deflected the situation as if 'not his problem' and he used rude verbally abusive language.Additionally, only 1 of the 2 laundry card dispenser machines was functional, and it only accepted cash.

I had an emergency I had to stop there at 9pm the attendant tells me they close, and not a word of English! Very unprofessional and If I could give 0 I would of! Because their sign clearly says they close at 11pm Monday- Sunday!

Thanks to Sheila’s kindness and great customer service I have changed my review to something positive. She kindly explained to me the miscommunication that their system was down temporarily and that’s why I did not receive an update about my order. When I finally received my clothes I was extremely impressed by the quality and how much attention to detail they showed. I am very happy. The French man responded to me in a rude way and I do think that he could learn from Sheila’s customer service skills. But I understand that he is just passionate about his business and takes bad reviews personally. Nevertheless I’m satisfied with my order, many friends have been asking me about it and I will be recommending to them.

This place is horrible and the two ladies working here are rude!! Please dont reply back with bs excuess like the other review, nothing has change but my business Never coming here again. Rude workers, hog the 80lb washers and .50 cent dryers , and tell customers to use other machines! They also put OUT OF SERVICE sign, to discourage you and they are LIARS!!just so you dont use it!!

I’ve been doing laundry at this place the past two years. During shut down I started to utilize the service to have it done for me and despite the fact the workers barely spoke English, it was manageable dropping clothes off to them. However, this past & LAST time, I had a bad experience. I picked up my clothes and when I got home to put them away, almost EVERY piece of clothing had marks on clothes that look like car tires ran over them. The fact those workers folded my clothes as is and gave me my clothes back like that was beyond me. How can I trust them to do my clothes again. I’m truly upset I have to find another place to now service me monthly. I had to drive back to facility and show them, and the worker in the very little Spanish I understood said: ok I re-wash, like it was no big deal. I had very little faith in her being able to get those marks removed & figured it had to be the machine that did that, but I let her re-wash. I came back days later to pick them up, I checked my clothes now before walking out with them and see she got the marks off almost all items except for 4 things and saw my work scrubs had what appears to be bleach marks. She kept saying “no mami” but we didn’t understand each other to fix the issue. I was so upset I couldn’t communicate with her and the fact she didntt want to fix my clothes or compensate me for what was damaged. I literally have over $100 worth of clothing/bed sheet damaged. I asked for the manager and owner info and all of sudden she was acting like she’s so busy. She didn’t want to give me the info so I resorted to writing this review. When I say the customer service isn’t the best, it isn’t the best and I dealt with it the past 2yrs, but this was my final straw.

Friendly and clean, good a/c and quick service. For wash and fold beware there is a $17 minimum charge, kinda steep. We’re traveling so we didn’t have a heavy load and I just had to accept it. Also, luckily, I speak a bit of Spanish but there was no English spoken. The abuela was very sweet though.
