Apple switched their LCD screens to OLED when the iPhone X model was released in 2017. All models afterwards have OLED screens and this business is well aware of this fact yet they continue to use LCD screens that aren't compatible with newer models. Your "newly repaired" screen will fail after a week. Not only are they trying to save money by using cheaper materials but they also have the audacity to lie publicly online. My boyfriend posted a review of his horrible experience involving his iPhone 11 Pro and they claimed the review was fake/reported it when they know exactly who we are. This is absolutely unacceptable. I refuse to believe a PHONE repair shop was unaware that recent iPhone models only function properly with OLED screens. At this point this comes off as a scam. They incorrectly "repair" your phone and wait for it to fail so you can come back and give them more of your money.
