I came here for repair of my car after an accident. I chose them for their good reviews but I guess they are selective who to give their “great” service to. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend using this company. The paint warranty is under 3 years and after 2 years the paint began to appear as if the car was wet and and I called and went it and they insist I must have put something on the car to make it do that. They quickly wanted to wash their hands of this. God knows I didn’t do anything besides your common car wash. Even then, if I was to put something on the car as they claim, then why is it that only where they fixed is the paint starting to chip. After more time the hood paint is literally chipping away. While I’m under warranty they don’t want to help their own doing and I’m not the type to put up a fight and they take advantage of it. And what has just been brought up to my attention is that they have done a halfway job internally and now I’m paying the consequences in having to replace parts. Seems like they are just in the for the insurance money and I truly regret coming here and has been costly mistake in putting my trust in them.

I I called MTG BODY SHOP and spoke to Armando , and I told him I damaged my pick up truck door driver side, and could you give me a price on repairing it? He told me to send pictures, which I did. When I called him back, he said he hast to see the truck to give me a price. But he neglected to tell me that he only works on insurance company claims. Naturally, I’m paying for it out of pocket my repairs cause I damage my own truck, and he knew that. I drove out to his shop from miami beach, and I was told by his employee, that Armando was there, and the employee at that time informed me that they only do insurance work I sent a text message to Armando that he wasted my time and he could’ve told me that they only do insurance work upfront, But he never responded.
I left and drove over around the block and pulled over and googled auto body shops near me, and a bunch of them came up and I picked the Luxury Custom Garage, And I spoke to the owner Nelson and he said come right over and I was only 10 minutes away. When I got there, nelson had stepped out, but Bonito was there to assist me. I showed him that my door wouldn’t close, and he proceeded to push down on the door and then he slammed it shut and the door closed. Never in my life have I been treated as nice as nelson and Bonito treated me, and they wouldn’t even take any money for fixing my door. I know I’m going to use them when I restore my 2002 pick up truck, Why, because they made me feel safe doing business with them. Luxury Custom Garage, In my opinion is the only place to take your car if you need anybody work done. I believed IN MIAMI BEACH since I was six years of age, And I’m going to say it’s a miracle that I met Nelson and Benito. What a great experience at their company.

Mtj paint and body shop has been extremely helpful. Anytime i’ve had a problem with my car, iv’e always been able to bring it here and get it fixed right away. Ask for “Armando” he’s amazing. very patient, works at a fast pace, and he’s a problem solver. Anytime i come here and Armando helps me with my car, i always leave extremely satisfied. I have been coming to this body shop for the past 7 years and i will never go anywhere else. Armando and his colleagues are truly the best and always help you with a smile. I always recommend everyone to come here, all my friends that have come here now come to Armando everytime they have a problem with their car. I can’t thank Mtj paint and body shop enough, thank you for always leaving your guests happy with the results. I recommend everyone to come here!!! you won’t regret it!!

DO NOT GO HERE!
They’re Unethical scammers. They held my car for 1 month, did not fix anything then when i left a negative review they tried to put a lien on my car for $10k for towing and storage!
I had to delete my negative review & beg them to remove the lien then they charged me $800 for a fake “diagnostic” they couldn’t even prove was actually completed & they still didn’t fix my car!
