Completely unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Sunday, which was confirmed by them by email. They then decided to open the place by 10am without a single notification to the customers.

BAD JOB ON EXTERIOR. PAID FOR BASIC , DIRTY MARKS ON THE EXTERIOR. THEY DONT USE WATER, THEY ONLY SPRAY AND WIPE. I ASKED ABOUT A DIRTY SPOT , and they SAID THAT to take those spots off its WITH A TREATMENT THEY USE. WHICH WAS B.S BECAUSE I CLEANED IT AND RUBBED IT OFF MYSELF. THEY BARELY DID ANYTHING, I WAS WATCHING THEM FROM A DISTANCE. I RATHER GO TO KENDALL CAR WASH FOR BASIC WASH, THEY USE ACTUAL WATER AND SOAP AND ARE WAY CHEAPER. YOU WILL ONLY GET AN ACTUAL CLEANING JOB IF YOU PAY FOR A PREMIUM DETAIL JOB. They hustled 40 bucks from me and did less than a mediocre job when I could of had a better job for $25 at kendall car wash.

I don’t like leaving reviews, especially bad ones but wow. The employee Kim , horrible attitude extremely rude. I didn’t stay to get my car washed and I’m definitely never coming back.

Outstanding car wash, my car looks amazing and spotless! Wait time was a little long because there were other cars that were being washed prior to mine, however the staff was very friendly and kept me up to date and informed via text the entire time. Maikel, Kim, and Fran did an exceptional deep interior and exterior clean/wax. My car looks shiny and brand new! Definitely worth the wait!!!Services: Scratch removal

Horrible job!! Rims still had brake dust all over them. Paid to have it waxed spots all over car, it rained overnight and the car is full of water spots. Will never use them again. Pictures won’t do it any justiceServices: Auto detailing

Had to give it 2 stars that day on 7/03/23, i paid for deep cleaning interior and it's a small car mind you, not too much. There were 2 employees, a guy and a girl, short with long black hair. She had an attitude like she did not want to be bother and kept looking at me bad, not friendly like she's in a bad mood plus left the backseat part of the car filthy, this is a business, customer based and you pay for a service. I would give it a second chance because the guy employee was nice and hopefully service will improve.

For only $40 my car was the cleanest it has ever been inside and outside. Literally looked like a brand new car. I've been to a few places in Miami and this is my new spot. Will be recommending to my whole network! Go see Freddy and the boys there, you won't regret it!
