I’ve been a customer to this bank for almost two years. At the beginning of this past November they told me I had not made a payment since August. I ended up having to make 3 payments in November because they said my September payment was refunded, October was due, and November was due at the end of the month. I never received the money back that they had supposedly refunded and I ended up receiving a provisional credit from my bank. Now at January 3rd I am getting ready to make my December payment when I notice my November payment never posted, I call them and the nightmare continues. They said they refunded the money on December 28th and it ends up hitting my credit score for the second time. At this point I am dumbfounded, I keep calling to talk to a supervisor. Every time I call there is no one available, I live two hours away from the closest branch. If anyone has any advise or knows someone who can help me, I would really appreciate it.

If there was a negative star I would click it. This is crying shame. Its almost as if this office want you to have overdraft. I know they want me to be late for work every Saturday because I have to stop there at 9am to make a deposit 'live' because the ATM is not drained over the weekend. What kind of foolishness is this?The members deserve better. An ATM that is drained daily. Funds deposited on a timely manner. Digital deposits. The envelopes are other saturated with rain water or NOT available.I was at the bank December 28, 2023, 2 minutes after closing was not allowed to come in the door was locked. I had to resort to using the ATM for my $800 to cover January's household bills. I dated all of my online payments for January 3 (just in case) and guess what?Friday, January 29, 2023, my money just sat there. I check my account 2:30pm funds available $89 and $800 unavailable. Why? I had to call the main branch, speak to a representative, who called to have the hold removed. A hold on cash, really?I've learned my lesson so I don't deposits checks. It was cash. I even wrote a note please deposit before January 3. I did not use bad words. I just reiterated what I just shared with you, I believe this branch at 57th Ave and 183rd Street is purposefully delaying the drain of the ATM so members can be charged $35. Its called curtesy pay but when it is done on purpose that is not curtesy.I know you're saying, move to another Credit Union. I will not, my dad opened this account for me when I was a little girl. It has sentimental value. Also, I will be the voice for the voiceless, who may have experienced the same issues that I have. Or too those that may not have realized that this has been happening with their ATM deposits.Calling the main branch to ask 'why is my money not in my account' is ridiculous.

Absolutely heartless, non understanding and ruthless. I called to inform them that I’ve obtained a new job and that my payment will be late and DIGNA the collections rep REPOED my car. Absolutely disgusting!

Our experience was beyond amazing! Mr.Ramos helped us pick a great car. Explained the whole process, from A to Z. Ms.Kerdyk Guity was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We went in to review our options for a lease buy out and were easily and politely guided through the process by the team. Since we had all of our paperwork ready, the team took the time to expedite the application, knowing that I was on a time crunch from work. Great staff and great communication.

HiBeen a member for the last 30 years and service now is the worst. First, you can’t get anyone to answer the phone and secondly the call back time is way too long. Needless to say I was issued a bad ATM card that made it impossible to use. Also , has to go back to get it reset in order to use. It’s the last straw a will be closing me account Monday morning it’s time to put my money with credit unions that appreciate you.

Customer service rep Rocio was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped us with several items that we needed to take care of. It was a short wait for service.

HORRIBLE customer (member service). No one answers the phone, no matter how many extensions you call (believe me, I know them all). IF you are lucky enough and someone answers, they do not know how to assist you and are super rude!29 years of membership I have seen it all, (the good, the bad and the ugly). VP of Lending rude as can be. The collections director horrible, horrible member treatment. She treats members VERY RUDELY. She shows NO empathy whatsoever, neither does the VP of lending. Constantly hiring/firing employees, which does not allow them to learn enough (this was told to me by the HR director).Employees do not stay for long! Beware member, they will add all kinds of insurance to your loan without you even knowing, but yet, the managers NEVER use those services.IF you want to save yourself the aggravation DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER!!!!

MARIA, DIRECTOR OF COLLECTIONS IS DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, TREATS PEOPLE INHUMAN. THIS IS A BANK WHERE YOU DEAL WITH PEOPLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE GOLDEN HERE BUT ISNT. MARIA, AND BARBARA, I WILL MAKE SURE THE VP KNOWS THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE NOR DO THEIR JOBS. GO WORK AT A WAREHOUSE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK OR TALK TO PEOPLE. PATHETIC. WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND. GOD BLESS THE ONES IN THE BANK THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT MEMBERS.

I continue to call member services and the loan department over and over again..They either leave you on hold or they don't bother to pick up and leave the phone ringing. To make it worse, you don't even have voice-mail to at least attempt to call us back..time to move my money to another bank

I would NOT recommend this credit union to a homeless person. To a roach. To ANYONE. They are thieves and are dishonest. I had a car loan through them, made 100% on time payments, and car was paid off through GAP, and this union listed on my credit that the vehicle was REPO’d which is false. It was involved in a car accident and was towed away. Regardless of that, the company was paid the same week. All of my credit bureaus show $0 Balance and 100% on time payments and they REFUSE to update the status or delete the status of it because they the ones who supposedly “picked it up” . How is that even FAIR? Thats truly disgusting
