I ordered flowers from here a few weeks back but never left a review but I would absolutely recommend this place!
Their arrangements are competitively priced and great quality for the value and their attention to customer service is incredible and quick.
I will be ordering flowers here in the future and I would encourage you to do the same!

A week ago I was the recipient of absolutely gorgeous flowers from More Than Flowers, so I decided to use them for my anniversary. All I can say is WOW!!! The bouquet my wife received were just magnificent. You can tell they really put love into crafting these beautiful arrangements.

Top 10 WORST customer service experiences I've had. My friends and I used their luggage holding service. When part of our group arrived, the owners weren't there. She arrived about five after the first part of our group and started scolding us because she "had to leave". She made us start our timer (the one that indicates how long she held the luggage for) before everyone arrived and kept saying that she had to leave. She was incredibly rude and witchy with a capital B about us inconveniencing her for utilizing a service she offered. We paid in advance (non-refundable) or we would have just left. After everyone arrived and dropped their luggage off, she told us that we had to pick it up before 4:30 or we couldn't pick it up until the following week despite the booking saying she could hold it for 24 hours. The one nice thing she did, begrudgingly, was we had miscounted the number of bags we had on the booking so we had 3 more bags and she let us pay in cash to add them (so that we would leave so she could leave).

SCAMMERS!! Completely “lost” my $500 order, ruined my proposal plans and completely denied receiving the order even though I had the receipt. Stay away from these scamming thieves!!!

My fiancé ordered flowers from this place in person 3 weeks before he proposed. He had the whole day orchestrated, however, the flowers didn't come, and the was a very pricey arrangement. The simply did not deliver the flowers and when my fiance called to see where they were they said he never ordered them (he did we have a receipt to prove it) and when he showed them the receipt they said "we don't know what you're talking about" and did nothing about it. My fiancé was running around extremely stressed trying to cobble up flowers that compared to what he bought. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable way to run a business.

So before I place an order on their website. I called in to ask a few questions about the order and they were so willing to help and answer questions. Place an order for the heart shape eternal rose for $320. Did not come with any kind of protective covering (glass case), which I didnt mind to pay extra for. Tried calling back to ask how I can purchase one refused to pick up the fone and sent me straight to an automatic text. So I text back and ask how to purchase 1 never replied or call back

The flowere were great, Same day delivery worked amazing, i ordered flowers to a hotel guest and they were placed in the room even before check-in (great work by the Hotel Staff).The prices are crazy, but still average compared to other services in Miami, therefore solid 4 stars.
