This is an update to my previous review. After posting my review, I heard from Julien of Moonglow Jewelry. He was very kind, apologetic, and we discussed the issue at hand. He went above and beyond to try to make the situation right and I do understand the high volume the company had during the days leading up to Mother's Day and I also understand that they had no control over the Postal Service delay. He then went ahead and credited me for my entire purchase, which is something I never ever would've expected to be done. At the very most, I thought I would be credited for shipping or get a coupon code. I really appreciate his generosity and the speed in which he responded to address my concerns.

Terrible customer service. I used every option available on their website to contact Customer Service. Text, email, phone. And I got absolutely no response. The item I ordered was a gift, when I placed my order I was promised it would be delivered on a certain date - the package was delivered almost a week late and I still have not heard from Customer Service. The products may be nice but due to the bad business, I will not be a returning customer. I advise anyone ordering from this company to do so knowing that your order will not be timely and you will receive NO Customer Service.

I'm the second person in two weeks to report customer service issues and delivery items were on the way but there is no actual update from Moonglow. I ordered a necklace for my wife on May 4th, and its the 16th of May with no other answer than sorry we know it's late is just be patient. The tracking information shows that The label has been created and has since the 6th of May, which means that they don't have the item from the SELLER. (I called and spoke with the post master at the Miami dade Post office). If I could get a hold of someone I would ask for a refund. I just wanted something for my wife for mother's day, and I got this run around instead. I'll add the email thread or rather lack of from Moonglow if I need to.
When you sort the reviews by most recent almost all of the reviews say the same thing I have. Delays, no support, lots of follow up needed just to receive your order. No one answers the phone when you call them. I called three times different times of the day and different days. Straight to VM every time. If my order isn't received in the next 3 days I'm going to charge it back to them because this is ridiculous.

I bought a bracelet with a moon 10 years ago, INCREDIBLE quality... less than a year ago I bought another one, with 3 moons, whose quality has DISAPPOINTED me, they have clearly reduced the quality considerably, in less than a year 2 of the 3 have fallen off moons. My purchase was very unfortunate and I was quite disappointed, especially because of the sentimental value that this bracelet had for me.Still waiting for customer service to resolve my problem and give me my money back or a complete replacement of my bracelet with the 3 moons.

I absolutely love my pieces. I got the necklace with three moon phases, one to represent each of my daughters births. I got the ankle bracelet moon phase on the day all three of them passed in a motor vehicle accident. I wear them proudly, they each beautiful and with there own purpose of a time in their life I can carry with me always. Rest in peace my angles. I love you all so much. Forever14,16,18

Edit, 1/18/23- The replacement ring is on its way. ? I am glad they stood by their promise. Emails were spotty and it took this review and MANY email nudges to get a resolution. All phone calls to the company were never answered and I never received a call back.Edit, 1/17/23 - After they responded to this review, I reached out with the information they requested. They sent me a tracking number of the replacement ring they said would be shipped out. As of today, SEVEN days after the label was created, the USPS has not received the item to send.I received a ring from my boyfriend for Christmas. I love it and the thought he put behind it. It does, however, have a dent in the acrylic covering. I reached out by phone and left a message and still have received no contact from the company. I also emailed and it took several days and a nudge for them the get back to me. They told me that I probably hit the ring on something (which I didn’t since it came that way), but for good relations, they would replace it this one time. I have been asked via email three times by different people the order number. I have answered four times that it was purchased at a physical store and that I could provide the receipt. It has been three days now and have not heard from the company. I will update this review should this get resolved.

I purchased my moonglow necklace at an upscale gift store on Sanibel Island, FL. In June 2022. I contacted Moonglow support in early Nov 2022 requesting information on how I might clean the necklace because it never glowed and appeared very hazy. I received the canned email response indicating someone would reply within 24 hrs. Here I am almost a month later and no response. I have tried 4 or 5 more emails to no avail. I did get an email asking me to send pictures so I did. Then I received an email saying they could not locate my previous email/complaint. I resent everything and now crickets....nothing. Very poor customer service and based on my experience I cannot recommend Moonglow jewelry. My pendant NEVER glowed and customer service might as well be non existent. Very disappointed.

The customer service was just awful. I ordered a piece for a birthday gift almost 3 weeks before the birthday. The website states products will be shipped 1-2 business days after receiving the order. I even went with priority shipping to be safe. After waiting 2 weeks with no shipping confirmation I called their customer service to find out the product had not been shipped. I was upset so I was told by customer service the piece would be mailed out that day with overnight shipping and a shipping confirmation code would be sent. Well this was not the case, they did not ship it out that day but rather 5 days later. Unfortunately it arrived two days after the birthday. Every promise made was broken and they did not uphold their standards according to the FAQ page. Ultimately the product will took almost a month to be received which should have been 3-4 days.

LOVE my moonglow necklace. I purchased my first item back in September of 2019 and have worn it every day since. Still in like-new condition, moon still glows.Just recently made a second purchase for some family in memoriam of my Nana who just passed and had some issues with getting the correct date, but Tatiana in customer service went way above and beyond to help correct the orders.Definitely recommend and can't wait to add to my moonglow collection

On there website the moon necklace looked so pretty and looked liked it GLOWED but once it got to me it, it looked SUPER CHEAP, NO JOKE, LIKE PLASTIC, & zerooooo glow, sucha rip-off. Jewelry came as promised. However they offered a promotion for a free necklace with pendant at time of order. The necklace was not included with my order. I followed up with them and within a certain amount of time I received the promotional gift. when I received “the free gift” there was only a chain and no pendant. When I contacted them they said it was beyond warranty and they would not be sending the pendant. Buyer beware if they offer a promotion you may not get it

I do agree with the other reviews. This product is a unique & heartfelt gift. I absolutely loved my necklace that was given to me as a Christmas gift with my kid’s birthday moons. Within less than 2 years both moons started to get a yellow tint to them and and on the top moon, the clear surface started to get bumpy. I never wore my necklace in the shower and would take it off at night. I’m not sure what could have caused this and no longer can wear them. Sad and disappointed. I just feel for the price, this should last longer.

Got a few necklaces for my wife and within 4-5 months the seal that covers the moon fell off. Leaving behind just the paper moon and some not so sticky residue.
